THE S-CLASS IS THE FLAGSHIP OF MERCEDES BENZ. DESPITE AGE AND THE LOW MILEAGE FOR THE YEAR, THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A MERCEDES. THIS PARTICULAR MERCEDES IS FINE CONDITION. THE PAINT IS ORIGINAL. THERE WAS A FEW SCRATCHES TOUCHED UP ALONG WITH MIRRORS AND THE TOP OF THE FRONT BUMPER THAT SHOWED A SLIGHT FADE. ALL WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY IN AN EFFORT TO BRING TO AS PRINSTINE AS POSSIBLE. WE'RE STICKLERS FOR THE DETAIL.
VEHICLE HAS A CLEAN CARFAX AND AUTOCHECK AND ALL SWITCHES WORK AS DESIGNED. THIS MERCEDES CAME FROM THE FACTORY LOADED WITH FEATURES INCLUDING A NAV SYSTEM, CD AND SUNROOF. CARPET AND INTERIOR SHOW FRESH WITH ONLY LITTLE WEAR. NEW FINE QUALITY LEATHER WAS INSTALLED ON A PORTION OF THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO MAKE IT LOOK ALMOST NEW. THE WOOD TRIM PEICE ON THE DASH, WHICH COULD COST $1100 PLUS RETAIL NEW FROM MERCEDES WAS REPLACED. THIS MERCEDES WAS JUST SERVICED AND GONE THROUGH. ALL FOUR AIRSHOCKS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. TIRES HAVE 60% PLUS TREAD REMAINING.
AS WITH ANY USED VEHICLE YOU WOULD EXPECT TO FIND ODDS AND ENDS THAT AREN'T PERFECT. THERE WERE PLENTY OF PICTURES TAKEN THAT ANYONE CAN MAKE THEIR OWN CONCLUSION. THERE ARE NO KNOW MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THIS VEHICLE.

Dartz promises own 6x6 G-Class with golden shishas and a dining room

Picking up the gauntlet as only Dartz can, the Russian dream-makers have come up with the Sahara G-eopard, supposedly a special request from a buyer to make one of the 'standard' six-wheelers "more opulent and insane."
That means the vehicle from the factory gets extended by about a foot (30 centimeters), coach doors in the rear, a "yacht floor" and air conditioning that runs on its own power source, Asanti 24-inch Gold Bullion wheels and a water dispenser with Russian diamonds, which the owner will need to fill the golden shishas (hookahs) in the portable smoking room. That's right, you heard the man: a portable smoking room. Where the occupants will retire when they're finished in the portable dining room. Of course.

Mercedes-Benz to build new ML coupe-crossover in Alabama in 2015
Fri, 05 Sep 2014Mercedes-Benz will expand its factory in Tuscaloosa, AL, to build the ML Coupe, a new crossover that will join its lineup in 2015. Mercedes will also ramp up production to build facelifted versions of the M-Class and GL-Class SUVs, lifting the factory's total production capacity to about 300,000 units annually in 2015. It made 185,000 vehicles in 2013. In addition to SUVs, the Tuscaloosa site also makes the C-Class sedan.
The plans come as part of Mercedes' strategy to capitalize on Americans' increasing demands for SUVs. The company said the SUV market was up 12 percent in first half of 2014, and expects it to grow at twice the rate of the regular market in 2015 and 2016.
