This beautiful, gold Mercedes Benz S320 short wheel base sedan is in very nice condition and has been serviced regularly. There are no warning lights on and all equipment works as it should, except A/C needs ferion . Standard features of a Mercedes, including rain sensing wipers, CD changer, built-in phone, home link and many. many more.oil change (approx. 2,000 miles ago). A southern automobile since new, it has always been reliable and I would not hesitate to drive this vehicle anywhere. . The leather is treated regularly and is in very good condition (no rips or tears). The exterior finish is very nice, although there are some very minor dings (hard to see) . There are no leaks of any kind. This is certainly one of the nicest1995 S320s . just had spark plug change recently and new break job . drive very smooth and strong ,trany shafts very good. the fog light got stolen as you see in the pics .thanks

Mercedes to market Tesla-powered 2014 B-Class EV in U.S.

Looks like another Tesla Motors investor will be looking to cash in on their connection. Autoweek reports Mercedes-Benz will offer their B-Class in the U.S. with Tesla propulsion.
The magazine says their source at the German automaker confirms plans for a B-Class electric-only vehicle. While Tesla already provides battery packs for the battery-powered Smart ForTwo, the B-Class EV will reportedly have Tesla batteries, motor and other components. U.S. residents should be able to procure one sometime in 2014.
The same Mercedes source says plans for a hybrid B-Class have been postponed for now. Adding a range-extending, gasoline-powered engine to an electric vehicle would put the car into a different class for which rebates and incentives aren't as favorable in the States.

VW looking to MAN up, ditch Mercedes van deal

Unlike the US, the commercial truck market throughout the rest of the world is chocked full of competitors from many different automakers. Since 2006, Volkswagen has had a fullsize van called the Crafter that was a result of a partnership with Daimler AG and based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. This partnership is supposed to last through 2016, but Reuters is reporting that VW might be looking to end its relationship with Daimler and create its own van in cooperation with German truck and bus maker MAN.
The article says that VW AG has more than a 75-percent stake in MAN, which would essentially be keeping the new commercial vehicle in-house. Even if VW bolts, Daimler still has a deal worked out in the commercial truck industry between its subsidiary Mitsubishi Fuso and Renault-Nissan to supply the other with different trucks.
