NO RESERVE! Hard to find another with this mileage and condition, well maintained 1996 E320 6 cylinder Benz with only 137k miles, less than 8k per year. Classic M/B combination of Brilliant Emerald with Parchment leather and Burl Walnut interior. Car is all original with the exception of aftermarket CD player with aux input for iPod or digital music player. This Mercedes has auto dual zone climate control, Burl walnut wood interior, 4 wheel abs disc brakes, 3 position memory seats for both driver and passenger, electric tilt/ telescope steering column, sunroof, integrated garage door opener, auto dimming mirrors, Bose audio upgrade, remote unlock with 2 remotes. Another really cool feature is the climate controlled center console, which is tied to the heat/AC system to keep a drink cold or a snack warm. Car has a squeaky clean CarFax / AutoCheck history, has never been in an accident. Owned by Mercedes enthusiast, I have all original books and manuals, two original switch-blade style keys, original floormats, original window sticker MSRP $47,150 with upgrades for Bose Premium music system, glass sunroof, front power headlamp washers (a nice upgrade which replaces the old-fashioned style mini wipers) and two stage heated front seats. Car averages over 25 mpg on the highway and drives great like a Mercedes should with no dash or check engine lights. This engine is famously bulletproof, I have had other vehicles with this engine go well over 300k no problem, this one with 137k is just getting broken in and will give years of driving pleasure to the next owner. Last week I had the oil changed and replaced all four wheel center caps with Mercedes OEM replacements. There are many E classes out there but very few like this one, the car really is all there. Has the real leather seats not the MB-tex so they do show signs of wear as seen in pics, but no rips or tears like many others. Car is also for sale locally, reserve right to end auction early. Pre-bid inspections welcome, email for more info. Will sell internationally as long as payment is received in full within 7 days, buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements.

Mercedes dealers authorized to spend $2,500 on perks for S-Class customers
Mon, 02 Dec 2013If you drop $100,000 on a luxury sedan, it seems only reasonable to receive some preferential treatment at the dealership you purchased from. After all, that price isn't just for the car - you're paying for the brand and all the cachet that entails. For Mercedes-Benz, those benefits have apparently been lacking relative to the German brand's luxury competitors.
That's set to change, though, as Automotive News reports that the German brand is placing a much greater emphasis on keeping its customers happy and loyal with its MB Select program. Starting with the new S-Class and spreading to the CLA-Class (and eventually beyond), dealers are being given money - up to $2,500 in the case of the flagship sedan - just to improve the customer experience.
We agree, improving the "customer experience" is quite a vague term, so it's nice that Mercedes USA's CEO, Steve Cannon, offered up some examples to AN at the LA Auto Show. For example, a customer couldn't fit his sunglasses into the overhead compartment. "So we bought him a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses that fit because of their shape," Cannon said.
New details emerge on forthcoming Mercedes-Benz SLC
Sat, 02 Feb 2013Last we heard, the Mercedes-Benz SLC had been put on indefinite hold, but now Car Magazine is reporting that the Porsche 911-fighting "Baby SLS" coupe could be on sale by 2015. Riding on a modified SLS AMG chassis, the smaller and lighter SLC could be priced in the sub-$100,000 price bracket.
We'd already heard that the new car would feature conventional doors (instead of SLS-like gullwing doors), but this report focuses on some of the possible powertrains Mercedes-Benz is likely to use. At launch, the SLC could offer a pair of V8-powered models - a 485-horsepower SLC and a 585-hp SLC S - both being powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. About a year after launch, a new V6 model could emerge giving the SLC an estimated 333 horsepower and its lowest price point.
It also sounds like the car's name hasn't been completely finalized as some people within Mercedes are favoring a return of the SLR name.
Mercedes fits new C-Class with AMG kit
Sat, 28 Dec 2013It's only been a week and a half since Mercedes-Benz revealed the new C-Class, and it'll likely be a while yet before the replacement for the C63 AMG comes along. But if you want to see a preview of what it'll look like, look no further than the AMG aero kit that has just surfaced.
Expected to debut on the new C-Class at the fast-approaching Detroit Auto Show, the AMG Line Exterior Pack adds a new bumpers front and rear, side skirts, dual exhaust tips, mesh grille, aluminum window frames and - most importantly - 18-inch alloys packing upgraded brakes and fitted to a lowered sport suspension. All of which will help any C-Class look the part, even if the engine remains stock.
