2008 Mercedes CLK63 Black series coupe with only 10003 miles in (775) Iridium Silver Metallic
with (811) Black leather sport Interior….. WDBTJ77H08F245290.
I am the second owner of this CLK 63 and the car has never seen any inclement weather (rain or snow) EVER, nor has
the car ever seen any track time. There are no modifications to this car what so ever.
The CLK is in, as delivered, perfect, concour condition. The Iridium Silver paint is in excellent condition with no
defects, scratches or dents and only Zymol Royale wax has been used on the paint. The entire CLK is flawless with
no paint chips and the underside is also perfect with NO scrapes or damage.
The Interior is also flawless with no defects in the leather and no scratches on the wood trim or panels and of
course this is a non-smoker, accident free car. The best way to describe this interior, is to say, it is “as
new” and in flawless, condition.
The CLK was just serviced at RBM of Atlanta and needs nothing.
This CLK63 has been fanatically pampered all its life. This car has always been kept out of the elements while
being kept in a heated and air-conditioned garage when not in use. I will go as far to say that this is the
cleanest, most original CLK63 Black Series you could purchase.
I am a very fastidious owner and I can’t imagine anyone not being more than happy with this car. This CLK63 is as
clean as the day it left the dealership. Also, the underside of the car is as clean as the topside. I hope the
pictures, that I have included, convey this statement.
I have all books and records, including the window sticker, from day one and everything has been documented with
receipts. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me=

SRT Viper dukes it out with Mercedes SLS Black Series in new Head 2 Head

Fri, 05 Jul 2013

In Episode 36 of Motor Trend's Head 2 Head, now that the Corvette ZR1 is no more, Jonny Lieberman has to look overseas to the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series for a challenger with similar philosophy to the SRT Viper: long hood hiding a high-horsepower engine set way back, rear-wheel drive, tiny trunks. That puts the Viper's 8.4-liter V10 with 640 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque against the SLS AMG's 6.2-liter V8 with 622 hp and 468 lb-ft.
However, the congruences in philosophy and magnitude of numbers doesn't translate to the driving experiences of the two, which are literally and figuratively on different continents. Lieberman gets a handle on the two of them on Northern California roads, Randy Probst then finds out how, and how quickly, they can lap Laguna Seca.
They both get kudos for being improvements on their original sources, but only one of them can take the win. You can find out by watching the video below.

Test drive the Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive with Chris Harris

Thu, 11 Apr 2013

It's hard to not like the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT. The all-aluminum coupe is fitted with a wonderful naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 delivering 583 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque. Not only does the burly combustion engine launch the two-seater to 60 miles per hour in less than four seconds, but it does so with one of the world's greatest exhaust soundtracks as it roars, burbles and cackles down the road.
But what happens when Mercedes-Benz takes away the V8 and its accompanying fire-burning song? Stripped of one of its most appealing assets, does the SLS lose its soul?
Chris Harris recently had the opportunity to take the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive for a track spin in Europe. Sans gasoline, but with four electric motors providing a combined 740 horsepower (737 pound-feet of torque), all-electric all-wheel drive coupe uses sophisticated torque vectoring and a multi-mode operating system to put oversteer - drifting! - back into the equation. Fun? You bet. See for yourself, below.

First official shot of Mercedes S-Class Coupe leaks out

Mon, 10 Feb 2014

With the official debut for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe expected tomorrow, it shouldn't be a surprise that some clicky fingers have already managed to uncover an official image of the car before the unveiling. Outside of this sole image, though, there's precious little detail on the new car.
First posted by Autofilou and then picked up by WorldCarFans, the production S-Class Coupe isn't far off from the concept car we saw a few months back in Frankfurt. Like the concept, the leggy production model appears related, albeit distantly, to the S-Class Sedan. The hood and front fascia are longer and lower, befitting of a two-door, while the character lines in the profile are more pronounced. Obviously, the beltline and slim, B-pillarless greenhouse are coupe-only items. We can't see any details on the back of the car, although it does appear that the long hood has a correspondingly short rear deck.
We'll have all the details on the official replacement for the CL-Class when it makes its full debut tomorrow. Until then, what do you think of this lone image? Does it appear that Mercedes has got it right? In terms of design, where would you rank this with the departing CL-Class? Have your say in Comments.
