2002 Mercedes-benz C320 Sport Wagon - Beautiful & Rare on 2040-cars
Sellersburg, Indiana, United States
FOR SALE - 2002 Mercedes Benz C320 Sport Wagon
I bought this car to replace our family vehicle which was totaled in an accident last weekend, only to figure out we really need a vehicle with 3rd row seating. This will be something my wife can drive for now so no hurry to sell, but ultimately need something larger. The safety, reliability, build quality and condition all rate very high with this one. It runs and drives great, has been well kept and new tires were put on last fall. You can tell they were engineered for the autobahn as it's as stable and strong at 80mph as most cars are at 40mph. The C320 Sport Wagon is also quite a rare find. As a Porsche fan I thought my wife may enjoy driving a German car too and couldn't pass it up, but with three kids and usually more in tow we simply need more seats. The miles on this car are low relative to their 300,000+ mile life span. Check the reviews and Mercedes forums. Text or call if interested 8 ONE 2 - TWO 0 SEVEN - 9 SIX 4 SIX. Serious inquiries only please. Thank you, Kevin :) Features Include (but not limited to): 3.2 Liter V6 w/5 speed touchshift automatic transmission Factory Bose 6 disc CD changer in glovebox Power and heated seats with memory Rain sensing wipers Automatic headlights auto dimming mirror Full grain leather interior and more... |

Next Mercedes S-Class stretching into this 600 Pullman limo
Fri, 15 Mar 2013To the concern of nobody in particular, Mercedes-Benz will not be re-upping its Maybach line of ultra-luxury limousines. No, instead the German automaker will be stretching its already roomy S-Class, to make this upcoming 600 Pullman version of the decked-out beast.
The car in our new gallery of spy shots is sporting beefy B-pillars and a massive set of rear doors that should allow perfectly graceful ingress and egress from what is likely to be a palatial rear space. (In one photo we can even see a long-wheelbase S-Class in line with the new Pullman, handily exhibiting the size of the new variant.) The exterior modifications are otherwise obscured, though we can guess at revised front and rear fascia and lighting elements, based on both end being heavily taped for these test runs.
It's a good bet that the Pullman will make use of M-B's twin-turbocharged V12 engine, though sources indicate that a hybrid version might eventually be in the offing, as well.
These cars are headed to the Great Crusher In The Sky
Fri, 24 Aug 2012It happens every year. We bid adieu to some cars and trucks that will be missed, and say good riddance to others wondering how they stayed around so long. Whether they're being killed off for slow sales or due to a new product coming along to replace them, the list of vehicles being discontinued after 2012 is surprisingly long and diverse.
CNN Money has compiled a list of departing vehicles, to which we've added a few more of our own. In the slow sales column, cars like the Lexus HS 250h, Mercedes-Benz R-Class and the full Maybach lineup appear, while the Ford Escape Hybrid, Mazda CX-7 and Hyundai Veracruz are all having their gaps filled with more modern and more fuel-efficient alternatives. Obvious exceptions to the rule include models that still sell in decent numbers like the Jeep Liberty and the Chrysler Town & Country (which will eventually be replaced by a crossover-like vehicle).
Check out our gallery of discontinued cars above, then scroll down for more information.
New Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe spied in revealing state of dress
Tue, 19 Feb 2013During a product briefing earlier this year, Mercedes-Benz told us that 2013 would be the "year of the S-Class." Makes sense, too, since the flagship Mercedes is so very close to finally showing its production-ready face. But the high-tech saloon isn't the only S-Class to talk about this year - quite the contrary. Seen here in decidedly revealing camouflage, the new S-Class Coupe will be joining its four-door compadre in the not-too-distant future, as well.
When it launches, the S-Class Coupe will officially do away with the CL-Class nomenclature. This doesn't come as a huge shock. After all, when the new E-Class coupe and convertible were launched, it officially marked the end of the long-running CLK-Class designation.
Thanks to the interesting camouflage seen here, we have a very good glimpse at how the S-Class Coupe will look when all of the molding and swirly paper are peeled off. Rakish body lines pulled from the CLS-Class meet a much more dynamic front fascia. Out back, there are horizontal taillamps rather than the vertical units used on the current car, and the whole package seems very svelte. Our spy photographer even posits that this will be "the best-looking car from Mercedes-Benz in ages."
