2008 Mazda 6 2.3l Auto/tiptronic Low Miles Must See!! on 2040-cars
Mahwah, New Jersey, United States
Selling my 2008 Mazda 6 2.3l 4 cylinder due to purchase of new car. This car is in good condition with normal wear and tear. Paint is in very good condition, just some light hair line surface scratches on the rear trunk top, and the rear bumper has few scuffs (as seen in picture from previous owner). I have owned the car for 4 years (actually my wife has), and it hasn't given us a problem. Normal maintenance done, synthetic oil changes every 5k. Super reliable and great on car, when the right driving we see over 30+mpg highway. Needs nothing buy now and drive without any maintenance needed.
New items on the car:
-New tires 1000 miles
-New Battery
-New brakes (rotors and pads front and rear)Less than 100 miles
-HID projector headlights.
-Traction Control
-6CD changer
The only bad in the car is that the trunk latch has to be adjusted as it is hard to shut the trunk sometimes, other than that the car is in good working order. I am being very honest with the flaws and stating if there is anything wrong with the car, if you have any questions feel free to ask. This car is still being used so mileage will go up slowly. I have the right to remove the auction at anytime, since it is being listed locally also, and the buyer assumes all responsibility once purchasing the car, and it is being sold as is. Thank you
Will help deliver at a small cost if need be, and will help ship also if purchasing from a distance. thanks

Mazda3 sales off to rocky start despite massive critical acclaim
Tue, 18 Mar 2014Like just about every other auto publication we've seen, we loved the way the Mazda3 drove when we reviewed it a few months ago, but those glowing reviews apparently aren't helping its sales. The new compact may be falling victim to a sales war between the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic, with the newcomer getting squeezed out by those with more established names and bigger marketing budgets.
According to Automotive News, Mazda3 sales have fallen every month since last August, and its sales are down 27 percent in the first two months of 2014. It certainly isn't helping that the entire compact segment is down five percent this year as well.
The biggest problem for the new model seems to be its price compared to rivals. Mazda is not offering the incentives that are on the hood of competitors. With the previous generation, the company offered more than $2,700 on the hood to move them out, but the current model only carries about $1,233 in markdowns, according to AN.
Airbag recall widens to include BMW, Chrysler, Ford and Toyota
Mon, 23 Jun 2014The recall of faulty airbag inflators supplied by Takata has exploded today to grow to seven automakers. In most cases, only models in certain high-humidity regions were affected because the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found in its investigation that moisture played a roll in determining whether there would be a problem. However, some companies opted for national campaigns. The exact number of affected models for these campaigns isn't yet known at this time.
BMW is recalling an undisclosed number of 325i, 325Xi, 330i and 330Xi models from the 2001 through 2005 model years and the 2001-2006 model year versions of the 325Ci and 330Ci for the driver side and passenger side inflators. Only vehicles currently registered in Florida, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands are covered under this recall.
Neither Chrysler's filing with NHTSA nor its press release list the specific models affected, but a company spokesperson told Autoblog that at this time it only covers the driver and passenger side inflators for the 2006 Dodge Charger in Florida, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands
Mazda3 sedan revealed by Top Gear Russia [w/poll]
Wed, 03 Jul 2013Thanks to our comrades at Top Gear Russia, the trickling reveal of the Mazda3 sedan has begun. We saw the hatch in person in New York (and loved it), and we wanted to see if the trunked version could hold onto the same mojo. If you like the Mazda6, then you should like the Mazda3 because it takes just about everything from its toothsome big brother and shrinks it into a compact package.
Top Gear Russia was allowed to share photographs of the Mazda sedan they call "Treshka" (or they leaked them, depending on whom you talk to), but not their drive impressions. The site page says it will come in four trims for the Russian market - Drive, Active, Active+ and Supreme - and offer three engines. Our specifications will certainly differ. Other than that, all we have to go on are the looks, which some may argue are even better than the hatch thanks to a trunk line that provides more balance to that long hood up front.
The Mazda3 will go on sale later this year and US prices should be announced in September. For the time being, content yourself with the gallery of high-res images above.
