1980 MGB

Today we are offering our nice little MGB for sale. We purchased this from a man that had the car for 20 years. It sat inside his garage it's entire life. When we got the car it had been sitting for about five years. We brought it home and started getting it back on the road. I installed a new battery, new fuel tank and sending unit, new fuel pump, got it fired up and running nicely. We flushed all the fluids, changed the oil, adjusted the brakes, and took it out for a drive. To our surprise the car is very tight!. Drives nicely. Also, all the electrical works!, How rare is that!! The only thing I see is a small oil drip from around the oil filter, I may get that taken care of before auction end, but no promises, sorry, as I am undergoing chemotherapy and each day is a roll of the dice on how I feel. That's really the only reason we're letting this one go. My wife already has a B, but she wanted this one due to the Classic BRG color, and the overall great condition of this car. It does have a few scuffs and scrapes, but the paint and all is original, and shines up pretty darn good as you can see in the photos. The car does have a top, not the greatest, it's old, but would certainly let you transport it without worry about rain. This is a nice survivor car. Interior is decent, but I would want to spiff it up if I kept her. Has seat covers on it. As I recall there is a small tear in drivers seat. We have an open clear Missouri title in hand.
