let me start by saying that this Lincoln limo is a great car, which is missing the glass partition.to which I have a guy in PA that has one to sell. I purchased the car from a guy in fenton- holly michagan in feb 2014 and took position in april of 2014.on checking the car out I noticed that the cross over frame was roted and a hole in the frame and in the area were the front sping is ((shown in pic's). I was not prepared to do any frame repairs. the guy, when asked on how the frame was he stated that it was a typical michagan car!. on seeing over 200 pic and seeing how great the car was I puschased it. the mechanials on the car have been gone thru and it drives great. all of the following are in working order>>power windows and vent windows, 4 way power seat, power truck release, power door locks ,it has a new power brake booster & master cylinder, new fuel filter & pump, newer exhaust system, newer white wall tires, newer paint and padded roof, new upholsted front seat, back seat is org and in great condition, newer rugs, newer rebuilt carb, new starter. not working are the dual A/C that is all in place. headlight dimmer.. this car is number 28 out of 34 ever built in 1960.only around 7-9 are still around. the guy in Pa also has a donner car too for sale which has a great frame. any questions call tom at (716)683-6590 eastern time. if you get the machine leave a clear message your name and phone number. my loss your gane!!

Ford hybrid sales rebound following MPG controversy
Sun, 31 Aug 2014Ford hybrid customers apparently have very short memories. With two EPA fuel economy reratings in the last year, sales of the C-Max, Fusion Hybrid and Lincoln MKZ haven't been too terribly dented, Ward's Auto reports.
All three vehicles saw sales dips following the August 2013 rerating, although sales of the MKZ Hybrid had begun to rebound as early as November of that year. C-Max sales, meanwhile, took slightly longer, with sales on a steadily improving course as early as February of this year.
The second rerating, in June of this year, has had an even smaller effect on the Blue Oval's hybrids. The C-Max has actually been subject to a sales increase, while both the MKZ and Fusion saw minor sales drops (less than 400 units between the two in the month following the rerating).

Lincoln releases power and economy ratings for 2015 MKC with 2.3L EcoBoost
Thu, 05 Jun 2014As the first 2015 MKC crossovers slip into dealerships, Lincoln has confirmed power and fuel economy ratings for the compact crossover's optional 2.3-liter Ecoboost four-cylinder engine.
The new range-topping powerplant, thus far otherwise unavailable in the Blue Oval kingdom, will net a healthy 285 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 305 pound-feet of torque from 2,750 revs. Those figures represent gains of 10 hp and 5 lb-ft over earlier estimates, putting the handsome new compact CUV in the hunt with up-engined rivals from Audi and BMW. (A variant of the 2.3L will shortly find its way into the engine bay of the 2015 Ford Mustang, albeit with a number of key changes, including north-south orientation.)
In the MKC, the new engine will net 18 miles per gallon in the city and 26 on the highway with standard all-wheel drive, meaning it only loses a single mile per gallon in the city cycle versus the 240-hp, 270-lb-ft 2.0L EcoBoost model when fitted with all-wheel drive. Both engines rely on the same six-speed SelectShift automatic transmission.
