2003 Lexus Ls430 Base Sedan 4-door 4.3l on 2040-cars
Bowie, Maryland, United States
i am the 3rd Owner of this 2003 Lexus LS 430 with the 4.3L V8 engine, a 5-Speed Automatic transmission, and only 165K miles. This LS has nearly every possible option that
was offered by Lexus, The Carfax is clean and clear showing no accident history or reports. The 4.3L 290 H.P. V8 engine runs like a top and is suprisingly powerful. The 5-speed automatic transmission shifts through the gears flawlessly. The condition of this Lexus overall is rather remarkable. The silver exterior still shines like new which has never seen snow befor since i had it, and the interior was so well kept that there is no denying that I had babied this car from the day I took it home. It has the upgraded $5730 Navigation/Mark Levinson Package, which included an 11 speaker 240 watt AM/FM/CD Premium Audio System with a 6-Disc in dash CD changer. A touch screen Navigation system. Front and rear climate-controlled air conditioned/heated and cool seats. Intuitive Park Assist. And a power tilt and sliding moonroof with a sunshade. The wheels are in excellent condition and are free of any curb rash, pitting, or damage what so ever. 2 Original key fob is included for the remote keyless entry. One would be hard pressed to find a Lexus LS 430 in comparable pries-teen immaculate condition. feel free to contact me for any questions 240-274-4482 and good luck. |

Japanese dealer petitioning Lexus for luxury van [w/poll]
Thu, 13 Mar 2014Used to be that if you wanted a luxury automobile - especially one to be chauffeured around in - your choices were basically limited to a sedan. It could be bigger or smaller, more or less expensive, depending on your needs and budget, but it was always going to have four doors and a trunk. But these days the rich and famous are looking elsewhere for their commodious forms of pampering transportation. There are, of course, the crossovers and SUVs, which only seem to be getting bigger and more expensive thanks to the likes of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Range Rover L and upcoming Bentley sport-ute. But luxury vans are becoming the new big thing.
That's the point that one dealer in Japan is trying to make to Toyota. The dealership owner himself reasons that if he's going out on the town, he's likely to take his chauffeured Lexus LS. But if he's taking a few friends along, even the biggest sedan isn't going to cut it. So he takes a Toyota Alphard (pictured above, also known as the Vellfire), a JDM van that's even bigger than a Voxy/Noah or Sienna but hardly a high-end affair. That's why he's asking Lexus to make a luxury van.
The idea may seem a little far-fetched, but isn't without precedent. It didn't take much for Lexus to transform the Land Cruiser into the LX and thus create its first luxury SUV. And as Mercedes has shown with pimped-out versions of the Sprinter and now with the debut of the new V-Class in Geneva, there's clearly a market for it... in some countries, anyway. The only question in our minds is how long it's going to take other luxury automakers to catch on, because let's face it: the Chrysler Town & Country ain't gonna cut it for those used to be driven around in a Maybach.
Chevy Camaro ZL1, Lexus LFA celebrate National Donut Day
Fri, 07 Jun 2013Happy National Donut Day, everyone! While some of us may have already celebrated this high-caloric holiday at our local Dunkin' Donuts or Tim Horton's, Chevrolet and Lexus have taken the opportunity to offer us delicious donuts of a different sort. Using a "professional donut maker" and a 2013 Camaro ZL1, Chevy has released a video of its 580-horsepower coupe laying down some serious rubber. Lexus has countered with its LFA supercar and, oddly, LPGA pro golfer Natalie Gulbis.
Just like many of the donut chains across the country, Chevy and Lexus are giving away these donuts for free. Not only do their donuts contain zero fat, they're also easily enjoyable over the Internet, albeit nowhere near as tasty as a Krispy Kreme. Scroll down to enjoy both videos.
What's in a trademark? Sometimes, the next iconic car name
Thu, 07 Aug 2014
The United States Patent and Trademark Office is a treasure trove for auto enthusiasts, especially those who double as conspiracy theorists.
Why has Toyota applied to trademark "Supra," the name of one of its legendary sports cars, even though it hasn't sold one in the United States in 16 years? Why would General Motors continue to register "Chevelle" long after one of the most famous American muscle cars hit the end of the road? And what could Chrysler possibly do with the rights to "313," the area code for Detroit?
