Hello! I am selling my 2010 Kia Soul+ 5-speed in good/fair/average
condition [mechanically sound, runs fantastically but has a passenger
side dented rear door and a few other interior/exterior areas with minor
damage].
4-cyl, 2.0 liter engine 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive FWD Power windows Power locks A/C ice cold 33 MPG Highway Bluetooth & Sirius enabled USB and Aux ports for playing music from a thumb drive, external hard drive, iPod/iPad/iPhone or virtually any laptop/tablet/smartphone Glovebox can fit a 16" laptop inside Rear concealed compartmentalized cubby for bad-weather tools or whatever you see fit Rear seats fold down for tons of hauling space Nice display lights up in red, tons of cool compartments and small features New battery installed 11/2013 New front brakes installed 04/2014 New windshield wipers installed 03/2014 Inspection valid through 02/2015 Received all regularly scheduled maintenance, oil changes and tire rotations Comes with two keys, two keyless entries Car has some minor interior damage from past moves and from loading/unloading my road bike from the rear. May wish to detail upon purchase to see its full potential. Passenger side rear door is dented/scratched and the sport panel was removed though I still have it and it will come with the vehicle. This car does pull to the right when driving and may need an alignment or assessment but runs great and is mechanically sound. Sold as-is. A great first car since it has a few dings but is a lot of fun to drive! Next Kia Sedona minivan spied
Wed, 31 Jul 2013After skipping the 2013 model year and returning for 2014, the Kia Sedona is getting a full redesign for 2015, which we see for the first time in these new spy shots. The new Sedona isn't going to look as much like the 2011 KV7 Concept as we had hoped, but we definitely see some key styling cues from the Kia concept minivan.
Even though it's covered in heavy camouflage, we can see that some of the KV7's cues on the 2015 Sedona include the vertical front marker lights, the horizontal taillights and the pinched beltline starting at the C-pillar. Kia's trademark Tiger Nose grille is present and accounted for, as is the telltale dip in the windshield.
All in all, the next-gen Sedona already looks to be a significant improvement over the current, generally boring model, which dates back to 2006 and has a striking resemblance to the Ford Freestar. There is no word yet as to what will power the 2015 Sedona, but our spy shooter said that this prototype was most likely powered by a 2.2-liter diesel.
Kia teases sporty hatchback concept ahead of Detroit
Wed, 18 Dec 2013The UK arm of Kia just released a teaser image (click to enlarge) for a new concept car that will be unveiled next month at the Detroit Auto Show. With little information to go on, the single overhead shot of the unnamed concept shows that it will be a two-door hatchback with a 2+2 seating configuration.
The brief press blast, which is posted below, promises that this is a new concept vehicle, so it's unlikely that it has anything to do with the similarly shaped Provo Concept that Kia showed off earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show. Kia says that it will release more images of the concept soon, but it won't divulge the full details about the car until Detroit.
2015 Kia Sedona
Wed, 17 Sep 2014Minivan sales have stagnated in recent years, and Kia tells me that no fewer than 15 models have been completely eliminated from the market since crossovers rose to prominence. So why in the world is the company not only sticking by the Sedona, but also actively investing in it, giving it a complete overhaul for the 2015 model year?
The Korean automaker isn't convinced that the minivan's "family box" reputation is truly warranted, and it sees an opportunity to snare younger, more active buyers by designing, engineering and marketing the Sedona as something versatile, edgy and comfortable. While that logic may seem both a bit familiar and somewhat far-fetched, Kia says forty-five percent of minivan buyers don't actually have kids and are instead simply looking for space, so the approach should be based at least in part on sound reasoning.
I spent an afternoon in Northern California behind the wheel of Kia's new non-minivan with a healthy does of skepticism about its new strategy, but an open mind, as well. Does the Sedona's execution live up to Kia's lofty criteria and expectations of what a nontraditional minivan should be? Will buyers ditch their CUVs for something with a little more junk in the trunk? Read on to find out.
