I HAVE A PRETTY NICE 1995 JEEP WRANGLER SAHARA EDITION. THIS JEEP RUNS STRONG BUT HAS HIGH MILES. THE MILEAGE SAYS 282000 BUT I THINK IT IS WRONG IT RUNS TO STRONG AND IS IN TO GOOD OF CONDITION TO HAVE THAT MANY MILES ON IT. I WOULD TRUST IT TO DRIVE IT ANYWHERE. IT HAS A 4.0 LITER H.O. MOTOR STRAIGHT SIX. THE TRANNY IS A 5-SPEED AND THE CLUTCH IS IN GOOD CONDITION. THE 4X4 WORK GOOD WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE TIRES ARE GOOD BUT NOT GREAT AND IT HAS A NEW SPARE. THE TOP IS ALL THERE BUT I WOULD REPLACE IT THE ZIPPERS ARE STARTING TO BREAK. THE BODY HAS A FEW CANCER SPOTS. OVER ALL THIS JEEP IS PRETTY SOUND AND HAS NOT BEEN ABUSED. IT HAS A NEW WATER PUMP, ALTENATOR, AND STARTER. THE INTERIOR IS ALL GOOD EXCEPT THE DRIVERS SEAT IT IS STARTING TO FRAY. ALL THE GAUGES WORK. THIS JEEP IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRENTIES OR REFUNDS.

Jeep's new Chip Away commercial has us hunting Al Pacino's back catalog

Chrysler has done a pretty good job as of late turning its television commercials into pep talks or rallying cries, but for its first ad for the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it turned to Al Pacino's inspirational speech from the movie Any Given Sunday. In the movie, Pacino's character talks about how football is a game of inches, but the commercial, titled Chip Away, focuses more on the attention to detail that Jeep has exhibited on its updated flagship SUV.
Centering around the newest Grand Cherokee model, the luxurious $47,995 Summit trim level, the commercial shows off some of the hand-stitched leathers and real metal and wood accents found inside the cabin. Check out the new 60-second spot by scrolling below.

Chrysler to accelerate production of 2013 Ram and V6 engines

Chrysler is adding a third shift at its Warren Truck plant to meet demand for the new 2013 Ram pickup. And with tight supplies of its Pentastar V6, the company is also boosting output at its Mack Engine plant.
The expansions will add 1,250 jobs and are part of a $238 million investment by Chrysler in the Detroit area. Warren's third shift will begin work sometime in the spring, a Chrysler rep told Automotive News. Mack's increased Pentastar production a could include both 3.6 and 3.2-liter engines.
The company says it also plans to invest $40 million in its Trenton Engine plant to allow for production of a 3.2-liter V6 as well as the Tigershark inline-four for the upcoming Jeep Liberty replacement.

2015 Jeep Renegade leaks out ahead of Geneva debut

Meet the Renegade - Jeep's new baby crossover that's set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show this week. The folks at Jalopnik got their hands on a small batch of photos of the new little cutie, showing what appears to be a Trailhawk (read: trail-rated) version, as well as a more civilian-spec Renegade, complete with a new removable roof system, reportedly called My Sky.
Details are slim, though in addition to the exterior images, one photo of the interior has also been leaked, showing what appears to be a small, yet functional (and nicely appointed) cabin. Early reports suggested that the new small Jeep would be based on the Fiat 500L platform, though Jalopnik rightly points out that the Renegade looks an awful lot like the Panda 4x4. Regardless, there's still likely some 500L bones under there, and we'll know more once the official details are revealed in the very near future.
