I have for sale WITH NO RESERVE my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with the 4.0 Liter Inline 6 Cylinder and 6 speed manual transmission. Silver outside, Graphite/Black interior--this jeep is sharp. Tires just got 1st rotation and have 4,000 miles on NEW 31 x 10.5 x 15 Firestone Destination A/T's . We are the 2nd owner, first was out of Florida where I bought it from. Oil change @ 1,000 miles ago and this Jeep is ready to go for the Summer. Just renewed tags and passed emmissions with ease. Cold Air, killer heat, Factory Stereo but upgraded Soundbar with new console Subwoofer and upgraded to ALPINE S Series speakers throughout. This Jeep has 2 tops with it. The Best-Top Trektop as shown as well as a Best-Top Bikini top to cover Driver/Front Passenger to minimize wind and sun. Tinted windows on the easy to remove full Hard Doors with manual windows. Custom Push Bar--Powder coated. We also took the Factory Rims and had them painted Black to make the wheels POP. The interior is perfect with no rips, tears, or worn spots. This vehichle has 136,xxx (being driven daily) by retired Military Mechanic (both owners are mechanics) all well maintained miles on it. Other than in my yard, this vehicle has not been off road...If I go off road I take my Honda ATV, not the jeep. We are non smokers, but do on occasion let our Black Labrador Retriever ride with us.
Do not get tricked into paying 13,000 to 15,000 from Dealers for these models of Jeeps just because they are popular...(and the new ones stink!!) Buy it from an individual who has a fair price or a NO RESERVE AUCTION and name your own price on a Great looking, great running, well maintained JEEP OIIIIO. YES NO RESERVE, But being sold locally!! Don't miss out!! I have owned both the Wrangler and Unlimited Wrangler models. The Longer wheelbase BY FAR have a much more comfortable ride.
Please do not waste my time, I am looking for a SMOOTH AUCTION. No feedback/Bad feedback...don't waste your time, this is a legally binding contract. I am happy to show my vehicle...but if you have to ask your Wife, Girlfiend, Partner, Momma.....If you have to consult your Banker, Atty, Minister.....please do it before you contact me to see the Jeep. I am not interested in Barter, Labor, or your girlfiend for partial payment. Haha... Just cash, or verifiable Cashiers Check. I do owe a couple thousand on this vehicle, payoff will be made to credit union and the title will go to you. Please look at the prices of these Jeeps on here and please do not low ball me an offer...The price is YOUR OWN!!! NO RESERVE...FINAL BIDDER OWNS IT unless prior sale cancels auction. After you see everyone's prices and see my Jeep you will agree!!!
No Rust, one small dent on passenger rear, but because it is silver in color it does not show on my photo's. Someone opened their car door into mine...it did not dent it, but there is a 2 inch scratch. Not very noticeable due to light color of vehicle. Hood had some type of sticker on it from the Florida owner, it probably just needs some gum and label remover to remove the residue, but since my shoulder surgery I lack the strength to do so. If there were any other issues I would have mentioned them...Check out my feedback and know this will be a Quality purchase, and a Smooth transaction.

Refreshed Chrysler 300 SRT won't be sold in NA
Mon, 20 Oct 2014It looks like it might be time to bid farewell to the V8 rumble from the Chrysler 300 SRT - at least if you live in North America. The reported change comes as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles reshuffles its ranks with the Dodge brand, re-absorbing SRT and building its muscular reputation with the Challenger and Charger Hellcat models. Meanwhile, Chrysler is taking a more mainstream approach, and that likely means the end of overt high-performance models from the division for now.
According to Automotive News, the 300 SRT will be discontinued in the US for 2015, but it won't be totally dead. Some right-hand drive markets will still get the brawny V8 sedan next year, a distinction that goes a long way toward explaining some spy shots we've seen recently.
The 300 SRT's North American demise probably shouldn't come as a total shock. In FCA's five-year plan, it says that the 300 is destined for a refresh to be unveiled later this year, presumably at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show. There's no mention of the SRT model in the document, though, which seems to signal its end.
Chrysler 3.0L EcoDiesel V6: Autoblog Technology of the Year finalist
Wed, 19 Nov 2014Offering a diesel engine in an American pickup is anything but new - Ford, General Motors and Chrysler all offer excellent and almost impossibly powerful oil-burning engines in their various fullsize trucks. What is new and novel about the 3.0L EcoDiesel, though, is its size, and the variety of vehicles that use it. It's the smallest engine, as far as displacement is concerned, currently offered in a large truck in the US, and, for 2014 and 2015, it is available in the Ram 1500 and the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Though it may be small, it's got muscle. While 240 horsepower isn't particularly impressive these days, the engine's 420 pound-feet of torque more than makes up for that. The torque rating is even greater force than even the big 5.7-liter Hemi can muster. Chrysler's well-regarded eight-speed automatic transmission makes the most of all that bull-headed pulling power in both the Ram and Grand Cherokee. Chrysler claims the Ram EcoDiesel 1500 can tow as much as 9,200 pounds when properly equipped, which makes it "90-percent of the Hemi with a night and day difference in fuel economy."
Make no mistake; it's that promise of a sizable fuel economy improvement that many long-haul truckers will be most interested in. In the Ram 1500 that we tested for our Tech of the Year competition, the diesel engine costs $2,850 more than the gas-fed V8, and Ram estimates that EcoDiesel buyers will pay off their investment when compared to the Hemi engine in less than three years, which is considerably less time than the 4.5 or so years the average buyer will keep his or her fullsize pickup. The more you drive, the more you'll save, and the math proves equally as effective in the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee gets surprisingly comprehensive update, new diesel power
Mon, 14 Jan 2013Traditionally, automotive journalists can be heard muttering something to the effect of "Geeze, it's about time!" whenever a vehicle's midcycle refresh is revealed. As we routinely see and drive new models many months before the public even claps eyes on them in showrooms - and then go on to tweeze apart their minutia in our daily writings - perhaps some impatience is to be expected. With so much exposure to a given vehicle, it's fair to say we tire of most cars and trucks far more quickly than the average consumer.
The alterations are handsome, if not subtle touches from the "If It Ain't Broke" school of design.
Which is why we're pleased to say "Oh, is it time for that already?" when it comes to the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The current WK2 Grand Cherokee hit the market in 2011 and climbed its way into our hearts with its rugged good looks, go-anywhere capability and surprising refinement. We're not yet tired of its appearance or performance, but even so, we're very glad to see Chrysler giving its flagship Jeep some attention, including a much-anticipated diesel powertrain option and some other economy-minded measures.
