Selling my beloved 1995 Jeep Wrangler with 4 cylinder/6 speed manual transmission. Jeep has a 2 1/2 in lift with 33 inch tires with Aluminum alloy wheels. The jeep comes with a winch and full size spare. The jeep has a 9 speaker sound system and CD stereo. This includes 2 front speakers, 6 speaker sound bar and rear Infiniti Sub Woofer. The Stereo has a USB connection for charging/playing iphones/ipods or other USB devices. I am the original and only owner and have maintained the vehicle well. It has a clean title and passed emissions/inspections in FL, NC and VA. It has never been in an accident. It has about 147k miles on it but runs very well. It comes with a soft top with 1/2 doors and tinted soft windows throughout. It also has a bikini top, duster cover, wind cover and cargo cover. All the tops except the wind cover have about one season left on them before they need replacing. The front and rear seats have paint matching blue Wet Okole seat covers along with slush mats. It also have a tow hitch with light hook up installed. I currently have garage kept. The Jeep has AC from its original days in Florida that I have maintained but appears to have a leak (in the compressor, I believe) that i have had checked out and tested multiple times at Firestone/Dealership with no clear identifier of the problem. It works and then cycles through and stops blowing cold air. Turning off the air and back on for a few minutes usually resolves the issue. But heck, it is a jeep and you take the top down! The heat and defrost work great and it is not a blower issue, just a leak. We believe it is the compressor which only runs about $150 for parts and about an hour to install if you need it. Otherwise, there are no known problems. The vehicle was always smoke free also.

There are three sentences that, for this reviewer, define what needs to be conveyed about the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The first: it is very good.
Jeep spent 27 years building the Cherokee and its brand, from 1974 to 2001. Twelve years ago, the Cherokee nameplate rolled away into the distant hills and retirement, at least here in the NAFTA colonies, and it was replaced by a loaded word we knew as "Liberty."
Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango to lose color options temporarily
Wed, 19 Nov 2014In the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Dodge Durango? Well, if you fancy a more expressive color for your new SUV, you'd better get your order in, or plan on waiting until well into 2015.
The SUVs will be limited to just four monochromatic shades - black, white, silver and gray - until at least February, thanks to an upgrade to the paint shop at the two vehicles' Jefferson North factory. For the Grand Cherokee, that means it's losing more than half its color palette while the Durango is dropping two-thirds of its color catalog.
The loss of colors is inconvenient, but the upgrade will have a slightly bigger effect on the overall supply of SUVs, as Chrysler will need to end its relentless build pace at the factory for a three-week shutdown starting on December 22. The good news for fans of the SUVs is that once the work is completed, we should see a gradual expansion of the color palettes for both the Durango and Grand Cherokee, beyond even what's offered now.
100,000 Jeep Cherokee models subject to further 9-speed recalibration
Thu, 29 May 2014It seems that the software problems with the nine-speed automatic gearbox in the Jeep Cherokee continue to mount. The programming already caused multiple development delays and even postponed the Cherokee's market launch by roughly two months. Now, Jeep has issued another recalibration to hopefully assuage unhappy drivers.
According to Automotive News, this reflash for the allegedly jerky transmission covers over 100,000 Cherokees built before May 5, but it's not technically a recall. If owners are having problems and complain to the dealer, they get the new software. Otherwise, they continue with the current version. New vehicles on dealer lots also receive the latest revision to the programming. It takes only around five minutes to install, but technicians need to take the Cherokee on a test drive to adapt the gearbox to the changes.
The Cherokee's transmission software has been problematic practically since the beginning. The Jeep plant in Toledo, OH, briefly idled its second-shift workers last year to take care of the issue. Since the launch issues for the crossover, demand has been strong. Jeep added another 1,000 temporary workers to the Toledo factory to keep up, and sales were on par with the Wrangler in just its first two months.
