2002 Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4 Automatic - Loaded - 96,000 Miles - Black on 2040-cars
Yankton, South Dakota, United States
2002 Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4, black with 'ivory' color leather interior. This vehicle has never been in an accident and has a clean title. I have driven this Jeep for 3 years and have never had any mechanical issues. It is a solid, reliable vehicle. This Jeep Liberty has only been driven in city conditions, has never been driven off-road. I am only the second owner, the first owner was an adult driver like myself, we both took good care of this vehicle.
This Jeep is highly optioned, loaded with: Dual Power Seats, Heated Leather Seats, Power Sunroof, Roof Rack, Tinted Windows, Towing Package, Fog Lights, Cruise Control, Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Cargo Shade, and Keyless Entry. This Jeep is equipped with the 3.7L V6 Automatic Transmission with 4 wheel-drive. It has just under 96,000 miles on it and has been well maintained with all scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and fluid checks. Floors on driver and passenger side were protected by large rubber mats throughout the life of the vehicle, the carpeting is nicely preserved throughout the vehicle. Hardly anyone has ever sat in the back seat, the seats & floors look excellent. I have gotten alot of compliments on how nice this Jeep is, many are surprised it is a 2002. The outside needs a wax, as there is some scratches to the clear coat in some areas on the hood, would be able to be buffed out. There is a "bb size" ding on the back passenger door. The leather seats in front show normal / minimal wear. Leather seats in back in excellent condition, still look like new. Below I have calculated the estimated value from KBB, and NADA: KBB: $7540 NADA: $7175 Shipping: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging pick-up of vehicle located in Yankton, South Dakota, 57078 Payment: $500 Paypal deposit required within 48 hours of auction end

2015 Jeep Cherokee finds a bit more fuel mileage thanks to stop/start and aero tweaks
Mon, 06 Oct 2014Just a year after it burst onto the scene, Jeep has already made a pretty substantial addition to its V6-powered Cherokee, which has proven to be an extremely popular seller so far for the brand, adding a new stop-start system for the midsize, off-road-ready CUV.
The addition of stop-start included a few aerodynamic tweaks to the Cherokee's polarizing body, resulting in a wallet-pleasing increase in fuel economy. According to the EPA, the front-drive, V6-powered Jeep will now return 21 miles per gallon in the city and 29 mpg on the highway, up from 19 city and 28 highway. Four-wheel-drive, V6-powered Cherokees, meanwhile, will now return 20 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway, up from 19 mpg in the city and 27 mpg.
With 271 horsepower, 239 pound-feet of torque and these newly enhanced figures, it's refreshing to see a larger, naturally aspirated engine that is still able to take the fight to today's crop of small-displacement, turbocharged four-cylinders.
2014 Jeep Cherokee: June 2014
Wed, 09 Jul 2014I got a text message from Editor-In-Chief Sharon Carty one afternoon proclaiming that her new favorite SUV is our long-term 2014 Jeep Cherokee. And she's not alone. I'm not sure if anyone else on staff would go so far as to use the "favorite" descriptor, but after just over a month of honeymooning with our new long-termer, it's safe to say that the Jeep is quickly finding its way into the good graces of a number of Autoblog staffers.
There's good reason for all that praise, too. Thus far, the Jeep has proven itself to be incredibly competent and comfortable for daily life - it's functional, quiet, and packed with a host of amenities that make it easy to live with. It's been wholly trouble-free (with less than 4,000 miles on the clock as of this writing, it ought to be), but even nitpicks have been few and far between.
Chrysler readying 20 Moparized vehicles for SEMA
Tue, 08 Oct 2013The Las Vegas Convention Center has plenty of space for aftermarket companies and automakers to show off their wares, and it looks like Chrysler is taking advantage of the spacious floor plan. At next month's SEMA Show, Chrysler will have a full 20 cars from its six brands decked out with Mopar gear.
As a hint of what is to come, Chrysler released a handful of teaser sketches showing glimpses of modified Jeep Cherokee, Ram 1500, Fiat 500L and Chrysler 300 concept vehicles. The automaker will also use the venue to show off a new line of Jeep Performance Parts offered by the all-new Mopar Off-Road Division. In addition to the images, Chrysler also issued a brief press release - posted below - breaking down some of the "industry-first features" that Mopar has offered in recent years.
