Gorgeous V8 Grand Cherokee In Inferno Red Pearl Coat on 2040-cars

Year:2006 Mileage:59000
Location:

Up for sale is my wife's 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Inferno Red. This is a great car that has been a daily driver for her since 2010. The Jeep is a great vehicle, and she would still be driving it but I bought her a new vehicle so this one needs to go.

It has been maintained and had all service work done on or before the due date/mileage at our local Dealership. It has had had Mobil Synthetic oil changes and have been done on a 5000 mile interval.

The Jeep runs great and has no issues at all. You can buy this Jeep and drive it anywhere you want to go. The outside of this Jeep is in great condition and looks great. The paint on the outside shines and looks like a new car as it has always been garaged until the last month, when I got her the new car.

Summary:

A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance, All records, Excellent condition, Looks & drives great, Must see, Never seen snow, No accidents, Non-smoker, Perfect first car, Satellite radio, Seats like new, Title in hand, Upgraded sound system, Very clean interior, Well maintained. VERY WELL GARAGE KEPT VEHICLE WITH LOW ORIGIONAL MILES. Non smoker vehicle in good condition with a great "Inferno Red Pearl Coat" paint job, and gray leather interior. You buy a strong, reliable and good looking SUV that will grow to your heart as it did to ours. This vehicle has US and EU specs!

Look at the pictures ask any questions you may have and bid with confidence as this is a very nice Jeep. This Jeep is for sale locally also and the auction may end at anytime. Thanks for looking and "Happy Bidding..."

2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4X4

Wed, 13 Feb 2013

Ice skates are spectacular on frozen water, yet they are dreadful everyday footwear. I consider the Jeep Wrangler equally as specialized.
I recently spent a week with a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4X4. Introduced for the 2007 model year, the Wrangler Unlimited is a standard JK two-door with 20.6 inches added to its wheelbase and two additional doors bolted to its passenger compartment. While Jeep offers the Unlimited in seven different trim levels, the desirable Rubicon is the most capable when the pavement ends, as it boasts a slew of hardcore off-road tools including front and rear electronic locking differentials and a front sway bar that can be disengaged at the touch of a button for improved articulation. My I-Look-Like-A-Traffic-Cone test model started with a base price of $34,095 (plus $995 destination). Options including a five-speed automatic transmission, Uconnect, tow package and a premium soft top, drove the bottom line up to $38,630.

Fiat 500X poised for Paris catwalk

Wed, 05 Feb 2014

We've known for some time that the new, Fiat-based baby Jeep (which may or may not be called the Jeepster) is set to arrive at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. What we weren't sure of was whether its platform mate, the so-called Fiat 500X, would be doing so alongside or at a later date. Well, according to Reuters, we'll get to see the first all-wheel-drive 500 later this year in the City of Lights.
Yes, we can expect the 500X to arrive at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, according to an official with an Italian trade union. The unnamed source cited retooling at Fiat's Melfi factory, in southern Italy, which currently produces the Grande Punto. It's expected that the newest member of the growing 500 family will replace the Suzuki SX4-based Fiat Sedici, although when the X will go on sale remains an open question.
According to Reuters, both the Jeepster and 500X will be built alongside each other in Italy. Whether the 500X will cross the pond with it's slat-grilled cousin, though, remains to be seen (we're leaning towards yes).

2016 Jeep Wrangler to ditch solid axles to save weight?

Tue, 29 Oct 2013

Hey, Jeep fans. If you think the idea of a funky-looking, car-based Cherokee revival is offensive, have a listen to what might be in store for the next-gen Jeep Wrangler. Automotive News is reporting that as Jeep develops the 2016 Wrangler, weight reduction is a crucial target, and the Wrangler's rugged solid axles could be sacrificed in the name of better fuel economy.
We've already heard the next Wrangler will go on a serious diet using aluminum body panels and an air suspension system, so the idea of a four-wheel independent suspension setup for this OG SUV isn't all that surprising. Besides, it's not like an independent suspension would limit the Wrangler's off-road abilities - just check out the Hummer H1. In fact, it might be the aftermarket parts companies - not Wrangler enthusiasts - who would be most disappointed by such a drastic suspension change, as the article states that the Wrangler's solid axles and coil-link suspension make it the most popular SUV for customization.
There are probably still a couple years before we'll start hearing any concrete details about the 2016 Wrangler, at which time it will be interesting to see how stricter fuel economy and crash safety regulations have been balanced with traditional Wrangler cues like its removable doors and roof and folding windshield. Let us know in the comments below if a Wrangler sans solid axles is any less of a Wrangler.
