I have a scout that I have been working on for the last few years slowly. The good. It runs, bad is it needs to be put back together. I got into a serious motorcycle accident and will not be able to finish it.
Good it has no rust rot, complete, comes with spares and new parts, has a NOS holley 5200 carb and adapter plate, and a new fuel pump. But not installed, comes with a complete front disc upgrade parts not installed (from a dana 27 scout 2), also already has the upgraded master cyl. to run the front calipers. will need new hoses and and rotors turned.  New oil pan gasket, and rms, New flywheel gear, lots of new parts come with it, and a spare holley distributor. (was going to convert it electric points, but an expensive part nevertheless). Fresh oil in the differentials, along with seals, oil pan gasket, and fresh engine oil. Also have all new u joints to go with it. Splicer brand. expensive they were. Paint is ok. repainted white from brown. No major the rust, The bed has been beat up and has surface rust, but it is solid, and no rot! However, the top has rust. Been stored in covered car port on jack stands,. All doors open and close and glass in good shape minus a triangle crank in the windshield, and triangle window on the passenger side is replaced with plastic. The top side glass popped out from its seal. Comes with the rear seat too in about a 4/10 condition.

Bad: It is not fully assembled. I was in the middle of upgrading the carb and putting a new flywheel gear, so I have the flywheel and clutch assembled bolted in, but the transmission/transfercase need to be installed. I have cleaned up and painted the trans crossmember and skid plate. The NOS holley 5200 needs to be bolted in. I have new studs that clear the new 2 barrel adapter to get that going. Needs a PCV, new rear breaks. I bought a hardware kit for it, but not the shoes. (dana 44) needs a wiring harness, but the one in it is ok right now. (only brake lights) It does have the headlight harness present but not hooked up. (The stock wiring was shit to begin with so I would run a whole new wiring harness).  Also needs front seats, one of the fuel tanks to be reinstalled. Needs new tubing for the oil pressure gauge to work, speedo does work but the needle is jumpy, comes with a new ignition switch. And one rear tire has a small leak. ( I think a bad valve stem) Has some body damage, front end fender sides are alittle dented/scuffed, not bad. Has a dented rear quarter from off roading, some bondo, and acouple bullet holes that go through both rear quarters. Not that bad. (it was a trail rig) Has a home made front hitch (1 7/8) that works very well have towed the scout over 500 miles to bring it home, well made homemade front and rear bumpers.

Would be perfect for a powertrain swap, or put it back together and you can have a nice scout with all the popular upgrades. Scout is a three speed with a dana 44 in the rear, and 4x4. Gears are I think a 4.27 or 4.55 somewhere around there. 196 Inline 4. 3 speed, single single stick transfer case. I have the correct fluid for the transmission and transfer case gl-1 that comes with the truck.

602 793 3193. call text ask for pictures. Don't waste my time, and I won't waste yours. I don't want to sell it, but medical bills are astronomical right now... and I won't be able to turn a wrench on for at least a year.  Bring a trailer, you will not be disappointed, I have accurately described my scout. I ain't trying to hide the condition. Honest listing. It is a project, If you have a week and about 500$ bucks you can get it back on the road.  I have personally driven this scout and there is nothing majorly wrong with it, just a bunch of small crap. Clean and clear title. Sold as is. Can store for awhile before pick up for a small charge. Can't help load It, but I do have a winch.
