This car came with all of the available options.

This is a fairly high mileage vehicle, with 139,000. However, it's been well-maintained, regular oil and service intervals have been kept. I kept mobile 1 synthetic in it until it hit 100,000 miles, and now Castrol high-milage synthetic blend.

Condition and maintenance:
The engine and transmission work as designed - no problems with shifting, no issues with the engine.
Nothing under the hood is out of order or in need of replacement, although my A/C belt squeals sometimes because it was installed too tightly on the pulley, which could easily be adjusted.
Brakes and rotors have been replaced within the past 7 months.
Both front wheel hubs and bearings were replaced in August 2013 and are under warranty for 2 years.
It needs new struts because one is leaking. I was told by a mechanic it wasn't of urgent importance to fix it ASAP because they aren't bad yet; however, but I bought the struts, just haven't put them on yet. They will come with the car free of charge.

The first owner had the car from 2006-2011 I've had it since March 2011.
I've made many trips over the past few years (long-distance relationship), also several trips to NYC and Virginia Beach, so many of the miles are highway miles, and I live in a rural area, so hardly any city driving.

The car has been in NO real accidents, the only incident being when a truck backed into me at drifting speed, causing me to need a new front bumper cover.
Airbags have never been deployed.
The interior is in good shape. There is a small tear on the driver's-side seat. Also, the leather-covered center console somehow incurred a slight tear while it was being handled by a parking garage attendant in NYC, but it's hardly noticeable.
Pictures of both of these defects are enclosed.

The exterior is in good condition as well, although there are are a few defects - a small hole in the front bumper from a curb stop, also some curb rub on the front bumper. And the rear bumper has a key scratch several inches long.  I suspect this would require a few hundred dollars to fix if one were so inclined.

All of the exterior lights work.

The Kelly Blue Book value for this car, being sold by a private party, is $7850 in Fair condition and $8830 in Good condition. I would say considering the several defects it has, the car is in fair condition.  And to make all of the repairs to put this car into the 'Good' category, one wouldn't even need to spend the $1000 that separates the fair value from the good value.  What I'm trying to say is this car is a great value, especially considering the $5500 starting price  (30% below fair BB value)

Almost every review of the Infiniti G, new or used, is positive, as they are very well-built, reliable, and fun to drive. Please contact me via email or text @ 3017079121 with any questions.

I am listing this vehicle in multiple other places, and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time without selling to buyer if it sells somewhere else first.

Infiniti's Palmer announces QX30 small crossover production

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

The name of the game these days in the luxury marketplace is premium compacts. BMW has the 1 Series and 2 Series, Mercedes the A-Class, B-Class, CLA and GLA, Audi has the A1 and A3, even Lexus has the CT 200h. Among the last to get in on the action is Infiniti, but that's all about to change.
Nissan's luxury brand has been working towards a premium compact for some time, revealing the Q30 concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year and signing a new deal with Daimler to help develop and produce it. Now it seems that both it and a crossover version have been approved for production.
The news comes from Andy Palmer, Nissan's UK-based COO, chairman of Infiniti and one of the company's top executives under CEO Carlos Ghosn. Late last week Palmer tweeted the following:

Infiniti all but certain to produce Q50 Eau Rouge [w/video]

Tue, 22 Apr 2014

These pages are full of projects that automakers have tried to get moving but never quite managed to. And Infiniti has had its fair share, particularly when it comes to high-performance models. It's tried to drum up excitement with the Infiniti Performance Line and with its partnerships with Red Bull Racing and its star driver, but models like the G37 IPL and FX Sebastian Vettel edition never amounted to a real challenge to the likes of Mercedes-AMG and BMW's M division. There was talk of a sedan version of the Nissan GT-R to wear an Infiniti badge, but those rumors amounted to even less. The Q50 Eau Rouge, however, could finally be the ticket.
The concept debuted at the Detroit Auto Show a few months ago without an engine (or at least not one we were made aware of) but with all manner of carbon-fiber aerodynamic components. It then rolled in to Geneva with the beating heart of the GT-R - a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 tuned to 560 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque - and arrived in Beijing earlier this week in an even more evolved form. And according to the chatter coming out of China (whose financial hub of Hong Kong, incidentally, serves as Infiniti's home base), it's all but certain to be approved for production.
"At this stage it would take more to stop the car getting made than to start things," says Auto Express, citing an unnamed source. The finished product would look much like the versions we've seen until now, and while it would be available in an array of colors, that metallic blood red could emerge as Infinit's signature performance color.

Infiniti gets boiled down to four P's: Performance, passion, precision, provocation

So then we asked, "Well, what does that mean?"
We met Andreas Sigl, the global director of Infiniti's Formula One involvement (that's him above on the right), at the US Grand Prix in Austin last year, and our questions to him were aimed at understanding what Infiniti was doing and where it intended to go. In spite of regard for its products and increased sales, few outside - and even inside - Infiniti seemed to have a clear idea of what the brand stood for.
