Hello; You are viewing my 2007 Hummer H3. The vehicle has had a lot of upgrades that totaled 10k when new. I will outline them in the following: Exterior: Beautiful dark blue paint that has never been wrecked or had any panels replaced. Has the normal scratches that are associated with a vehicle with 87k miles on it. No dents or rust. Drivetrain: Original engine that runs great. Transmission has been rebuilt by Jasper and has a transferrable 3 year 100k mile warranty. Still has 2.5 years left, this most likely come before the 100k. Interior: Great looking leather interior that has normal wear and no rips or tears in it. Everything functions properly and is in great condition. Sunroof is huge and works great as does the a/c and everything else. Upgrades: Hummer has many upgrades and I will list as many as I can think of. Winch, Grill Guard, KC lights, DC wheels, Magnaflow Exhaust, Trailer hitch, Bike Rack mounted on roof(works great), Computer chip for added performance. Things replaced in last 2 years: Radiator, Water Pump, Transimission (3 year warranty), A/C relay, battery. Overall this is a great deal for someone who is looking for an affordable ride that grabs attention everywhere it goes. Team Miller Fisher has crossed the finish line of the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles - in a Hummer H3 driven off a Parisian dealer's lot - and battled from 51st to 12th out of 98 teams after a mistake on the first leg. The Rallye Aïcha, a six-stage trek through the desert, allows no use of GPS, no pace notes, no cell phones, and no binoculars. Pilots and co-pilots find their way between checkpoints with maps, compasses and pencils, and whoever completes the journey in the shortest distance, wins.
The race was made even harder this year by using not the 1:100,000-scale maps of years past, but scraps of paper with increasingly less route information as the race went on. Olympic skier and co-pilot Wendy Fisher wrote to say, "This continues to be the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. An unbelievably tough event. Days were SO long, almost impossible to get all of the checkpoints."

Would the last one out the door please switch off the lights? The long strange trip that has been the Hummer brand is just about over for General Motors. The final ever production H3 rolled out of GM's Shreveport, Louisiana factory on Monday May 24, 2010 on its way to an Avis rental car outlet. As you may recall, GM had actually stopped assembling H3s in mid-2009 as it went through bankruptcy, but it resumed production recently in order to fill an 849 unit special order.
GM tried to sell the Hummer brand to Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machines Co., Ltd but the deal ultimately fell apart last February. A subsequent offer from Raser Technologies also went nowhere. Now that production has ceased, 200 of the 900 remaining employees at Shreveport will be laid off by July and the rest of the Hummer staff back at headquarters in Detroit is either leaving or being reassigned.

GiegerCars has a love affair with American cars, and a particularly strange affection for Hummers. The German tuner has created all sorts of strange variants like a Christmas-themed H2, a 700-horsepower H2 built for a Texas sheriff or any number of racing-liveried Hummers like the "Gulf Wing" or this Martini Racing inspired H3.
GiegerCars' latest creation is the Hummer H2 Bomber. The most notable modification is the addition of four Mattracks 88M1-A1 rubber tracks that replace the twenty inch wheels. The rest of the vehicle features a military design theme as well as a roof box with lighting and a silver matte paint finish. Now all we need is a race on a snow-covered drag strip between this and Ken Block's Subaru TRAX STI. Follow the jump for the press release from GeigerCars.
