This 2003 Hummer H2 has been a very dependable vehicle..It runs and drives great..It has the upgraded package with leather--roof rack--front rail package--dvd player--tv--six disc changer--4 wheel drive--heated and a/c seats--towing package--remote locks--child safety--..This is truely a nice ride..It has been well taken care of and always dealer serviced..It has just under 87k miles.. I am driving each every other day so miles are going up but not much..Everything is in working condition except rear trunk..it will open but u have to hold it up..It needs the arm replaced..Its only $39.95 on ebay..Check it out..Also the latch on the tv will not keep the tv lock up so it stays down like your watching it..Its an easy fix..Its just not a big deal..Its never bothered me.Just like to be honest and upfront..The engine and transmission are perfect..Mechanically the car needs nothing..all fluids,brakes etc, has been changed..Its ready to jump in adn drive across country..

The 2008 Hummer HX concept was supposed to be General Motors' answer to the Jeep Wrangler. To put it mildly, that failed to materialize. General Motors killed Hummer as part of its bankruptcy-induced limb severing in 2009, before the HX could be brought to fruition as the H4, as had been rumored.
For those of you who wish the HX had indeed surfaced, we have some excellent news: My Electric Vehicle, or MEV, has appropriated the HX concept, added an electric drivetrain and created the MEV Hummer HX. The MEV HX is a fully electric golf cart resort vehicle, licensed by GM and sporting Hummer wheels and skid plates.

GiegerCars has a love affair with American cars, and a particularly strange affection for Hummers. The German tuner has created all sorts of strange variants like a Christmas-themed H2, a 700-horsepower H2 built for a Texas sheriff or any number of racing-liveried Hummers like the "Gulf Wing" or this Martini Racing inspired H3.
GiegerCars' latest creation is the Hummer H2 Bomber. The most notable modification is the addition of four Mattracks 88M1-A1 rubber tracks that replace the twenty inch wheels. The rest of the vehicle features a military design theme as well as a roof box with lighting and a silver matte paint finish. Now all we need is a race on a snow-covered drag strip between this and Ken Block's Subaru TRAX STI. Follow the jump for the press release from GeigerCars.
Architects design home made entirely of Hummers
Tue, 26 Jul 2011Architects Craig Hodges and HsinMing Fung joined forces in 1984 to create their agency HplusF. Since then, the pair have gone on to apply their stylistic skill to the UCLA library, Hollywood Bowl, Egyptian Theater and a number of other works of architectural art. HplusF also tackles unique installations and showpieces, one of which involves the now-departed Hummer brand.
What could easily be a luxury apartment in the video game Fallout 3 is in fact HplusF's HummerHaus. Eight identical Hummer body shells wrap around a a steel skeleton to form a living space like no other.
Of course, this is merely a concept, but it's a rather interesting one. Could old vehicles be rehabbed into affordable living spaces? Could the Hummer body have a new lease on life after it was cut from the General Motors family?
