You are looking at a 2007 Honda Civic Si, with 63,588 miles on it (daily driver so mileage is subject to change). The vehicle is absolutely spotless inside and out and is adult owned and well taken care of . It has power windows/door locks, key-less entry, moon roof, XM radio capabilities, premium stereo, and a 6 speed manual transmission. It has a new inspection, brand new front and rear brakes, brand new drilled and slotted rotors, and a recent alignment. It also has the following aftermarket accessories. XXR 530 chromium black rims, Goodyear Eagle GT tires (95% thread left), Takeda short ram intake, P2R throttle body spacer, Skunk 2 mid-pipe, glow shift air/fuel ratio gauge (mounted on steering column), Factory Honda S-2000 billet aluminum 6-speed shift knob, and 20% window tint all around (all of which I have had installed professionally). I purchased the car damaged in January 2012 with 41,000 miles from a Co-part auction in Newburgh, NY with a reconstructed title. All of the repairs were done professionally to factory specs by a reputable body man. The damage was on the drivers side and consisted of absolutely no frame or motor damage or I would not have purchased the vehicle. I have all pictures of the repair process to prove this, along with all part and labor receipts. The car gets 30 MPG and has had a full synthetic oil change every 3500 miles since I've owned it. I am very meticulous with all of my vehicles and have ran only Sunoco 93 octane in it since day one. Currently the vehicle has ABSOLUTELY NO MECHANICAL OR COSMETIC ISSUES AND RUNS PERFECT. No rattles and the handling is extremely tight. My only reason for selling is that I need a truck. The price is $12,500 but I am negotiable so please feel free to call or text me anytime and make a reasonable offer (570) 241-1536. Thanks for looking!

Fri, 28 Dec 2012Honda Builds The Crossover Of Bikes
Here in the land of Harleys and highways that stretch to infinity, Americans don't care much for sensible motorcycles. Unlike the majority of global bike buyers, North Americans tend to choose escape over utility, performance over practicality - that's simply how it's been done in the land of the free, at least until a funny thing happened on the way to the global recession.
As bank balances thinned and fuel prices crept skyward, sales of puffed up sportbikes and cartoonishly endowed cruisers plummeted. Americans rediscovered that motorcycles could be used for tasks like workaday commutes and trips to the grocery store, not just for riding into a Marlboro Man-approved sunset, fringe in tow. As consumers matured, manufacturers slowly responded with bikes better suited for purposeful priorities.
2015 Honda Civic Type R to sire next-gen CR-Z?
Mon, 16 Sep 2013Salt shakers at the ready, boys and girls. There's a rumor out of Australia claiming the next Honda CR-Z will be based on the forthcoming 276-horsepower, turbocharged Civic Type R. Apparently Honda's research and development bigwigs have been unnerved by the reception of the Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ twins and are eager to return fire.
Now, don't get too excited - Honda isn't following the Volkswagen model of offering virtually unchanged mechanicals in a different bodyshell (Beetle Turbo and GTI, for example). Instead, the report says the future CR-Z will retain its hybrid powertrain, albeit with a serious kick in the pants. A prototype is said to already be zipping around Japan with a turbocharged, direct-injected, 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine and the current CR-Z's electric motor and battery pack. With a reported 221 horsepower mated up to a seven-speed, dual-clutch transmission (say buh-bye to the CVT and six-speed manual) and the next-gen Civic platform underneath, the rumored CR-Z has all the makings of a hot hatch riot.
Of course, this all sounds wonderful. This is also the point where you should be enjoying that salt. We really like the idea of a properly hot CR-Z that can compete with John Cooper Works Mini models and the new Ford Fiesta ST, but the three-door hybrid has been such a slow seller for Honda in the US that it might not field a second generation here, no matter how improved it might be. Let us know what you think of an amped-up CR-Z in the comments. Is it a good idea, or is this one Honda model that's just too far gone?
McLaren pondering Honda-powered 911 killer?
Tue, 21 May 2013As one of the premier sports cars in the world, the Porsche 911 is always driving around with a target on its rear-engined backside. If a new report is to be believed, the latest automaker with plans to build a 911-fighting sports coupe could be McLaren. Motor Trend is reporting that the recent news that Honda and McLaren are teaming up to build Formula One racecars could bear road-going fruit as well.
According to the article, the unnamed entry-level McLaren coupe may be powered by a Honda-sourced engine, but a detuned version of the 3.8-liter V8 from the MP4-12C is said to be more likely. All in, though, there is no solid information on the car just yet. As a reminder, M/T points out that the last time McLaren partnered up with a mainstream automaker, the world was introduced to the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.
