I'm selling TWO of my Honda CRX cars... See below for info on BOTH cars, ANY questions, email me though eBay message center. Thank you!

CAR#1/2:

1991 Honda CRX Hatchback NON SI version (made in Japan).

CLEAR CALIFORNIA TITLE IN HAND!

This car went over a curb, popped a tire and maybe bent the lower control front right arm. SUPER easy to fix it! It does have a dented hood and front fenders, and a few other dents here and there. But who cares, this car is 23 years old! But overall still in decent shape being that old. The reason I'm selling it because I want to buy a Chevy Silverado Crew Cab Diesel Truck, so that means all of my toys I have need to go!

Regi JUST went out in May, only like $150.00 +/- to get it and title transfer it, 5-speed, roll up windows (sorry guys, no power windows), A/C that needs a charge, racing steering wheel, sweet red racing bucket seats with the 5-Point style harness belts, sony am-fm CD player with a Audio Bahn boom boom box that has 3-killer subs along with a expensive Alpine 4-channel Amp.

1.5L 4 cyl gas saving engine that runs great and has around 243k, but don't be scared!

Runs Great!

CAR#2/2:

1991 Honda CRX Civic DX Hatchback NON SI/HF version (made in Japan).

Clear Lien Sale Title in Hand (came from a towing / police impound).

5-speed, roll up windows (sorry guys, no power windows)
, I think it has A/C (have to check), roll up windows, nothing to special. BUT these cars are getting harder and harder to find. Looks complete and stock.

The interior needs help, but overall it's really not that bad for being 23 years old/young.

Does have some dents/damage to fenders, minor rust, etc. But overall this would make a great parts car, or get it running with little to no effort.

1.5L 4 cyl gas saving engine that runs great and has around 154k, but don't be scared!

Lien Sale Packet comes with this vehicle (Make sure your state will accept this from California). California registration is good till December 2014.

Will run, but won't stay running... Why?

Honda launches new Fit in Japan, has big expectations for North America

Thu, 05 Sep 2013

Honda has officially launched the Fit sub-compact in its home market, ahead of its eventual arrival in North America. The third-generation Fit is wildly important for Honda, with the company's president, Takanobu Ito, saying, "This is the most important model."
The third-generation Fit is a ground-up reworking of the car that we've come to know. It will pioneer Honda's new design language, Exciting H Design (seriously) and will also be the very first Fit to be manufactured in North America. Thanks to a Mexican factory that is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014, Honda will be able to produce 200,000 Fits for the North American market in North America, saving the brand a huge amount of cash.
As for that Exciting H Design, it's meant to be sleeker and more modern, according to Automotive News. It's not bad looking, but the overall design is far less important than what's under that hood. The vehicle you see above is a Fit RS, which has quite a resemblance to the rumored Fit Mugen. There's not a lot of detail on this model, but based on looks alone, we certainly hope it'll be coming to the North American market - it'd make a great Fit Sport. A hybrid variant will also come to the US market, and that car is returning impressive numbers on the Japanese cycle: 86 miles per gallon so far, thanks to the combination of an 1.5-liter, Atkinson-cycle, four-cylinder engine and a seven-speed, dual-clutch transmission. That's a 35-percent improvement over the current, JDM Fit Hybrid.

2016 Acura NSX aimed at Ferrari 458 for the price of Audi R8

Wed, 08 Oct 2014

Acura has done a good job of keeping the next-generation NSX under the wraps for the past few months, especially after a fiery little incident during testing at the Nürburgring earlier this year. But UK's What Car? recently got a chance to speak with development boss Ted Klaus, and he unleashed a few new details about the much-anticipated supercar to make it even harder for us to wait.
Among the info was a strong estimate of the NSX's performance potential. "We have to achieve the type of acceleration that the customer is achieving with the Ferrari," said Klaus to What Car?. "More importantly we have to achieve this every day and also at the Nürburgring." Assuming Acura's supercar is as actually quick as a 458 Italia, then it could hit 60 miles per hour in around 3.5 seconds.
Klaus also claims that the wickedly fast performance could come at a relative bargain for the class. The price is reportedly being benchmarked against the Audi R8, which would put the NSX around $130,000 in the US. While hardly cheap, it would still be a healthy discount off a 458.

Design Handbook explains the difference between design and styling

Fri, 11 Oct 2013

It's easy to confuse the terms 'design' and 'style,' but Jim Hall attempts to explain the difference between the two in his latest Design Handbook video column for Autoline. Before relating the terms to cars, Hall first uses other, non-automotive-related examples to prove his point, such as a well-designed glass versus a well-styled glass. Both do their job well as a result of good designs, he claims, but one stands out more because it also was styled.
When he relates his lesson to cars, he uses the 2013 Honda Accord and the new Chevrolet Impala as examples, but you'll have to watch the video below to find out which car he thinks is merely designed and which one has been styled.
We've also included a gallery of the Honda and a gallery of the Chevrolet so you can decide for yourself which one of these vehicles has been designed, and which one has been styled.
