I am selling my 2012 Honda CR-Z EX Hybrid Coupe. This car is extremely fun to drive and is very good on gas. I have an extended warranty on top of the existing factory warranty up to 100,000 miles that is transferable to the new owner. This warranty is a premium warranty which covers all of the electronics as well as the standard engine and drive train components. Currently the car has just under 30,000 on it.

It comes fully equipped with alloy wheels, daytime running lights, HID headlamps, power windows, power door locks, remote keyless entry, cruise control, air conditioning, tilt and telescoping wheel, premium sound system with trunk mounted sub woofer, AM/FM stereo, single disc MP3 CD player, XM Satellite Radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, auxiliary input jack, USB connection, dual air bags, side air bags, head curtain air bags, hill start assist, traction control, stability control, and 4-wheel ABS. There are three drive modes - Normal, Eco, and Sport. Each mode changes the characteristics of the engine performance and how the hybrid system interacts with it. The registration has just been renewed on it so tags are good through December of 2014.

I can assist with transport if it is needed as I have a few connections in the auto hauling industry. If you're within 300 miles of me, I can personally deliver the vehicle. If you have a feedback rating of less than 10, please just send me a quick email message confirming your bid.

Google poised to release Apple CarPlay rival this month

Tue, 17 Jun 2014

Apple and Google. They're the Michigan and Ohio State of the tech world. They're New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox, Real Madrid and Barcelona, or whatever sports-based rivalry you want to cook up. Bottom line, if one company expands into a segment, it's only a matter of time before the other follows suit. And now, that rivalry is about to carry over to your car's dashboard.
Unnamed sources are reporting to Automotive News that Google will unveil its very own challenger to Apple's new CarPlay in-car operating system later this month at the Mountain View, CA company's annual developer conference. The system, allegedly called Google Auto Link, will be the first product to come from the Open Automotive Alliance, a partnership between Google, General Motors, Hyundai, Audi, Honda and hardware manufacturer NVIDIA.
The official announcement is expected to be made on either June 25 or 26, at the Google I/O conference in San Francisco. Expect to hear a lot more about Google Auto Link then.

Honda Fit loses Recommended rating from Consumer Reports

Thu, 23 Jan 2014

Thanks to its poor performance in the most recent round of Insurance Institute for Highway Safety crash testing, where it received the lowest overall score in the small-overlap test, Consumer Reports has bumped the Honda Fit from its "Recommended" list. When a car gets bumped from the magazine's coveted ranks, it's usually cause for concern. This is not one of those times.
As there is a new Fit barreling towards dealerships for an on-sale date this spring, we wouldn't pay too much credence to the current car's demotion. It's expected that the next-generation Fit should pass the test with flying colors, as CR is quick to point out that newer Hondas have traditionally done very well in the tricky small-overlap crash testing.
Of the subcompact cars tested by the IIHS, only the Kia Rio, which netted a "Marginal" score overall, is a Consumer Reports "Recommended" vehicle.
