I'm selling my 1997 Honda CRV AWD, don't let the mileage fool you, this is a great running car!
They are 80% highway miles
I've been averaging 33 MPG keeping it at 65 mph on the highway, or around 330 miles per tank which is about 10 gallons to fill.
It has optional OEM electric sunroof, spoiler, trunk tray, rocker guards and rear bumper guards , the guards say CRV on them.
Last year I had a Pioneer DEH-P8400BH stereo installed, they mounted the mic for the Bluetooth by the rear view mirror, so it now has bluetooth for phone calls and audio streaming, USB port in the glove box (which charges my phone also) Pandora controls, and they work from my Droid Phone.
A/C is ice cold ( compressor was replaced about 4 years ago)
November of 2012 it got the rear diff fluid changed, new radiator, alternator, calipers, pads, rotors, plugs, wires, cap and rotor button.
December of 2012 two new front tires and alignment from Tires Plus (6 month warranty on alignment)
The timing belt and water pump were last changed at 198k miles.
I have 4 keys for it, two are the original and two I had made by the local Honda dealer 6 months ago
There is a 200 rpm jump when it shifts from 2 to 3 but it's been doing it since 160k miles and never bothered me, there are some. minor scuffs, but no dents little rust spot on the hood from a rock chip (pea sized).and one of the tabs on the drivers side headlight is broken from someone backing into it years ago, it leans in a tad but doesn't affect night driving.and the ABS light is on because the drivers rear sensor is out, since it never affected stopping I never worried about it.
I'M ONLY SELLING IT BECAUSE MY FATHER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER (Stage 2 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma), HIS INSURANCE DROPPED HIM, AND WE NEED THE MONEY FOR CHEMO. (well that will cover 2 weeks of chemo but ever little bit helps)

Honda planning a second Vezel for developing markets
Tue, 31 Dec 2013The new Honda Vezel was designed as a global product. Unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in November, the compact crossover is already going on sale in Japan, will soon reach Europe and will eventually hit the North American market as well - albeit with a different name and engine lineup. But it won't be sold everywhere.
According to Autocar India, the Vezel was originally earmarked to reach the emerging market on the subcontinent, but the declining value of the rupee has apparently forced Honda to rethink its strategy. Instead, the Japanese automaker is now expected to develop a second compact crossover - one more cost-effective to produce locally - for sale in India and other, nearby developing markets.
The new model would be based on the Brio, a hatchback that's smaller than the Fit (on which the Vezel is based) and built in India, Thailand and Indonesia. Honda has already enlarged the Brio's platform to create the Amaze sedan and Mobilio minivan. Building a crossover on the same platform would reportedly require some re-engineering - particularly around the wheel wells - but would apparently still be more cost-effective than importing the Vezel.
Honda reveals next-gen Fit Hybrid
Fri, 19 Jul 2013Psst! Remember late last month when we showed you those Japanese magazine scans purporting to show the next Honda Fit? The ones with the markedly more aggressive snout and Cuisinart-blade alloys? Yup, they were the real deal, but they weren't the standard model, they were images of the new Hybrid. We know this because Honda has just released a handful of images and some details on its forthcoming gas-electric hatchback, and the images line up perfectly.
The big story for the third-generation Fit Hybrid will be the fuel economy, naturally. Honda says it has achieved economy ratings of 36.4 kilometers per liter - 86 miles per gallon - on its home-market cycle, highest among all hybrid models in Japan and a 35-percent improvement over the current Fit Hybrid, a model not sold in the US.

Honda marks 20 million vehicles made in the USA
Thu, 20 Mar 2014Japanese automakers manufacturing in the United States is nothing new. But it was in November of 1982 when the first Honda Accord rolled off the assembly line in Marysville, OH. It was the first Japanese vehicle assembled in the US, and in the nearly 32 years since, Honda has made 10 million Accords here for a total of 20 million cars manufactured in America - enough to span from New York to San Francisco twenty times. It's that double landmark which Honda is now celebrating.
Honda has come a long way in those three decades, keeping that original plant in Marysville on line while expanding to three more - in East Liberty, OH; Lincoln, AL; and Greensburg, IN - with a fifth plant (the Performance Manufacturing Center) opening on the same site in Marysville to build the Acura NSX next year. It also builds engines in Lincoln and in Anna, OH, and automatic transmissions at Russells Point, OH, and Tallapoosa, GA.
Between those seven sites, Honda produces 11 different models, including the Accord, Civic, Crosstour, CR-V, Pilot, Odyssey and Ridgeline as well as the Acura ILX, TL, RDX and MDX. Production keeps on ramping up as Honda produced a record 1.3 million vehicles in the US last year, 95 percent of which are sold in the US. Scope out the details in the press release below and click the image above to see it all laid out in a handy infographic.
