For sale is this very nice, strong running 1999 Ford Ranger XLT Off-Road edition. It has a 3.0L motor, and automatic transmission with "On-the-Fly" 4-wheel drive. While it does have higher miles this truck runs EXCELLENT and will have a long life ahead of it. It has ICE COLD A/C and am/fm stereo with CD player and tinted windows, rain guards and new tires. The interior physically in good condition but cosmetically it needs a professional cleaning, everything else about the truck is in GREAT shape and it will make someone an excellent little truck that is also not half bad on gas. Mustang driver proves wheels are overrated

This is, rather, just one frame from video of that three-wheeled Mustang traveling down the highway at highway-appropriate speed.
We don't know where you'd have to be nor how badly you'd have to be there to go shooting down the freeway in a car with three wheels, but if the New Daily News is correct, that place is somewhere in Texas. The video's short, but you'll have plenty of time to shake your head at it by just scrolling down.

Between mules wearing the sheetmetal of other cars and prototypes decked out in as much camouflage as is practical, automakers know how to make it very difficult for the general public to get an exact idea of what kind of vehicle is in development. Ford, though, is rapidly becoming the master.
We knew that the Blue Oval originally tested the durability of the aluminum construction being used for the 2015 F-150 by building an all-aluminum 2014 truck and entering it in the Baja 1000 off-road race. That's no longer a secret. What we didn't know, though, is that the aluminum development dates back to before even that, and that some of the people in question had no idea what it was they were working with.
Ford says this is the first time prototypes have ever been handed over to the public.
