YOU ARE BIDDING ON A 1927 FORD MODEL T, TUDOR , IT IS A VERY SOLD CAR. NICE CLOTH INTERIOOR.
I BOUGHT THIS CAR IN 2003, AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER SAID HE THINKS THE BODY IS ORIGINAL PAINT, BUT THE FENDERS WERE REPAINTED.
IT HAD SOME OLD RESTORATION WORK, BUT THAT WAS WAY BEFORE I BOUGHT AND BEFORE THE PREVIOUS OWNER BOUGHT. THE OWNER BEFORE HIM DIED, AND THE ONE BEFORE ME BOUGHT IT FORM THE WIDOW AND HE GOT IT RUNNING AND ONLY OWNED IT A SHORT TIME AND THEN I BOUGHT. THAT IS THE ONLY HISTORY I KNOW ABOUT THE CAR.
THE FENDER PAINT DOES HAVE CRACKLING IN THE PAINT. THE BODY HAS SOME CHIPS, AND SCRATCHES AND SCRUFF MARKS, IT IS NOT A RUST BUCKET, IT IS SOLID. IF YOU WANT MORE PHOTOS, EMAIL ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
IT NEEDS A NEW BATTERY.
IT HAS SOME LEAKS, AND IT HAS A REAREND DRIVERSIDE SEAL LEAK.
IT HAS A CRACK IN THE DRIVERSIDE BACKSIDE WINDOW.
I HAVE NOT TAKEN FOR A SPIN IN A COUPLE YEARS. IT DOES RUNS, AND THE TRANSMISSION WORKS.
SINCE I OWNED IT, I REPLACED THE RADIATOR WITH A NEW ONE , WHICH COST 475.00, CHANGED SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES AND TIMING CAP.
LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE CAR. and Buyer is responsible for the sales tax for their state and transfer of title
I CAN NOT SHIP OR DELIVER IS CAR.
SOLD AS IS.

Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you
Thu, 21 Feb 2013As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.
Americans will get a four-cylinder Ford Mustang after all? [w/poll]
Sat, 09 Mar 2013Ask and you shall receive. Remember that previous report suggesting that the 2015 Ford Mustang getting a four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, and that it would be sold in Europe only and not the United States? Well, according to Road & Track, the rumor is only partially true - The Mustang will get the engine, but it is indeed coming to America.
Additionally, according to RT, the 3.7-liter V6 will continue to serve as the base engine, and since it offers up a stout 305 horsepower in its current form, it's likely that the 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost will produce a bit more than that. At the top of the range, the Mustang GT will continue to soldier on with a V8 engine, which should continue to send over 400 horsepower to the rear wheels.
Finally, while we agree 100 percent with RT's heartfelt request for a paddle-shift automatic, we certainly expect that the EcoBoost 'Stang will be offered with a manual transmission as standard equipment. This is a Mustang, after all...
Weekly Recap: Auto execs face life in prison for recall delays under proposed legislation
Sat, 09 Aug 2014
The stiff punishments are part of broader transportation legislation, but clearly McCaskill has automakers in her sights.
Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill threw down the gauntlet this week, proposing a bill that could send auto executives to prison for life if they were found to have delayed a recall. She also wants to eliminate the limit for fines for auto safety violations, which are currently capped at $35 million.
