My father and I looked at the car in PA in sept 1996 and he puchased it shortly after that. This car was restored back to its origional cond. A repaint many new trim pieces nos parts were used. Motor was rebuilt as well as the trans and rear end. The whole braking system was redone as well. the car runs and drives great, just put new tires on last year. The interior was completely redone aswell. New suspension parts were installed also. The radio that was put in looks factory but is all modern inside. This is a numbers matching car! The motor trans and rear came with this body and fram from the factory. This is a great 50 year old car. Also many extras come with it a spare 63 model year engine needs rebuilt, the origional wheels and hubcaps and many trim pieces that were kept from the restoration. The ac is not in the car but all the parts are there for it. This car is a driver and has won awards at many different shows. NHTSA releases updated Takata airbag recalled cars list, but it still has errors

Wed, 22 Oct 2014

Unfortunately, the government's list still contains errors.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued an updated list of vehicle models that it's urging owners to repair under the mushrooming Takata airbag inflator recall. The latest version adds vehicles from new automakers like Subaru and Ford that are missing from the original announcement, and it also removes erroneous entries from General Motors, leaving only the 2005 Saab 9-2X (a reskinned Subaru WRX), and the 2003-2005 Pontiac Vibe, a joint project with Toyota.

Ford reports 58% drop in Q2 profits on European losses

Wed, 25 Jul 2012

Ford Motor Company announced Wednesday that it has posted a $1 billion profit for the second quarter of 2012. That sounds like good news for the Blue Oval, until you take into account that Ford posted a $2.4 billion profit for Q2 a year ago. That is a substantial 58 percent loss.
Ford also posted $465 million in international losses, with $404 million of those losses coming directly from Europe. The automaker also increased its European loss projections to $1 billion for 2012, due in large part to the economic crisis overseas, which has resulted in increased unemployment and decreased consumer confidence.

2015 Ford Mustang to make world debut on Dec. 5 [w/video]

Tue, 19 Nov 2013

Between a bevvy of spy shots, speculative renders and insidery images from the halls of Car and Driver, we've got a pretty decent idea of what the 2015 Ford Mustang might look like. Still, we're excited to see the real deal as soon as possible.
Turns out that Ford has told us just when that first official look might come, too, although it has chosen somewhat of a backdoor fashion for dropping the news.
The video below popped up on the Ford Mustang YouTube channel this morning, promoting a social media effort called #MustangInspires on. The video and hashtag ask fans of the pony car to share pictures of the car - or "photographic stories of inspiration" - on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. But the truly interesting part of the video description is that which mentions taking "the cover off the all-new Mustang" on December 5. Consider our calendars marked.
