1992 FORD F-350XLT CREW CAB 1-TON DUALLY 7.3L TURBO DIESEL ENGINE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION THIS IS A 1-OWNER TRUCK THAT WAS OWNED BY A LOCAL AMUSEMENT CARNIVAL COMPANY. THEY BOUGHT THIS TRUCK BRAND NEW. THEY HAD A FLEET OF THESE TRUCKS THAT THEY BOUGHT NEW. WE HAVE SOLD THEM VEHICLES SEVERAL VEHICLES THROUGH THE YEARS. THEY PULLED THESE TRUCKS FROM SERVICE AND JUST PARKED THEM SO THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING FOR 3 YEARS BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO SELL IT. IT DOESNT START. WE TALKED TO A DIESEL MECHANIC AND HE SAID FIRST OFF THE FUEL WOULD NEED TO BE DRAINED, AND THEN GO FROM THERE ON GETTING IT TO RUN. THE BODY OF THIS TRUCK IS VERY SOLID. THE ONLY RUST SHOWING IS THE PASSENGER FRONT QUARTER PANEL. RUNNING THIS WOULD MAKE SOMEONE A NICE TRUCK, OR IF YOU NEED THE BODY IT WOULD PROVIDE SOMEONE WITH ALOT OF GOOD PARTS. THE TRUCK HAS SOMEWHERE IN THE 300K BALLPARK ON MILES.

One Autoblog staffer who drove the limited-edition Shelby GT350 wrote it probably was the best Mustang he'd driven, but, at some point, the fun had to come to an end: December 31 is the last day the GT350 will be available to order.

The GT350's option list has evolved much like it did for the original 1965-67 GT350. For 2011, the 45th Anniversary edition only came in coupe form and was painted white with blue stripes, just as with the 1965 car. The 2012 GT350 was offered as a coupe or convertible, and three colors were added to the option list, just like the 1966 model. For 2013, more colors and options were added in addition to equipment and styling updates, which resulted in Wilwood instead of Baer brakes. No major changes were made for the 2014 model. From the first car in 2011, customers have been able to choose between three different configurations for their 5.0-liter V8: naturally aspirated with 440 horsepower, supercharged with 525 hp (with warranty) or supercharged with 624 hp (without warranty).
"When we unveiled this latest version of the Shelby GT350, we promised it would be built for a limited time to preserve its collectability and value," states John Luft, president of Shelby American. He may have a point, because the original GT350, which also had a limited production run, is among the most valuable muscle cars in the world.
During the recent unveiling of the 2015 Ford Mustang, we saw the car in both V6 and GT form, but we'll have to wait a little bit longer to see the successor to the Shelby GT500. In the meantime, though, it looks like SVTPerformance.com has confirmed reports that this high-performance model will bring the Shelby GT350 name back to Ford.

According to the forum post, a user found the Shelby GT350 name on a Ford promo website listing its 2015 lineup. The Shelby GT350 name was first used on a Mustang back in 1965, and most recently it has been a model created for customers as a post-title purchase by Shelby American. As for that car, Shelby confirmed earlier in the year that its GT350 would be phased out at the end of this month.
The million-dollar question for Mustang and Shelby enthusiasts is when we'll see next factory Shelby GT350. Last we heard it was planned for a debut at the New York Auto Show. Is there a cooler car from the 1980s and early 90s to mod than a Fox-body Ford Mustang? No, there isn't. It rides on a custom race tube chassis that weighs a scant 700 pounds, while carbon-fiber bits and bobs help lower the overall curb weight to a mere 2,400 pounds. When paired with supercharged, 5.0-liter, Aluminator V8 from Ford Racing, the results are, doubtlessly, exciting. 855 horsepower at the rear wheels and 667 pound-feet of torque are available from that force-fed V8 should be just plenty for this car's intended purpose of running in standing-mile competitions.
The Top Notch Mustang is more extreme than just weight savings and a big engine, though. That 5.0-liter is essentially in what's known as a front-mid layout - where the engine is actually behind the front axle. In this case, the 5.0-liter V8 is 17 inches further back than a factory Fox-body, for better weight distribution. As a result, the cabin has been completely overhauled. An SLA front suspension, wheels from HRE, Wilwood brakes and Sparco interior items round out the extensive list of mods.
