This Listing is for a 1981 Ford Ranger F250 4x4, This has a 460ci v8 Engine. The truck has an automatic Transmission. The Truck Has 38.5" Super Swampers on it as well as an 8" Lift. This Truck Was used primarily for farm work and 4x4. Im not sure if the Mileage on the Car is accurate. The body has dents and dings, Some Small spots of rust. The Inside of the Truck Bed is in Great Condition, The Cab Has a Rusty Drivers Floor Board (i ordered a replacement already, it will come with the Truck) The Truck Starts up and Runs and Drives. The Rear Driveshaft of the Truck Ripped out on the way home from a friends house and is currently in the Back of the Truck (i just put it in 4x4 and used the front tires to drive home about 1 mile). The truck is in rough Condition and will need a few small things in order to be in perfect working order. The Motor is Strong and so is the Transmission. 4x4 Works. I'm asking 1000$ Cash for this Truck. I have a Clean Washington Title and the Tags are Good Until FEB 2014. You can drive the Truck as is, but i would recommend Using a Trailer to take it home. NHTSA and Ford investigating steering issues in Crown Vic, Grand Marquis and Marauder
Fri, 11 Jul 2014There may be more steering woes for the Ford Crown Victoria. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened a preliminary evaluation into the Crown Vic and Mercury Grand Marquis from the 2004 to 2007 model years and the Mercury Marauder for the 2004 and 2005 model years because the steering shaft can jam. The issue could potentially affect an estimated 500,000 vehicles.
According to the regulator, there is a possibility that the driver's side heat shield for the exhaust manifold can rust, dislodge, and then wedge into the steering shaft. If this occurs, it leads to a situation where the driver can no longer control the car.
NHTSA has received five complaints of this happening, including one alleged case with an injury. In that situation, the car was driving onto the highway, lost control and rolled over. One occupant was hurt in the accident.

Between mules wearing the sheetmetal of other cars and prototypes decked out in as much camouflage as is practical, automakers know how to make it very difficult for the general public to get an exact idea of what kind of vehicle is in development. Ford, though, is rapidly becoming the master.
We knew that the Blue Oval originally tested the durability of the aluminum construction being used for the 2015 F-150 by building an all-aluminum 2014 truck and entering it in the Baja 1000 off-road race. That's no longer a secret. What we didn't know, though, is that the aluminum development dates back to before even that, and that some of the people in question had no idea what it was they were working with.
Ford says this is the first time prototypes have ever been handed over to the public.

The wait is finally over. After months of spy shots, rumor and innuendo, Ford has officially pulled the wraps off its new Shelby GT350. Judging by the spec sheet and the promises being made - especially that the Shelby GT350 will be "an all-day track car that's also street legal" - the wait appears to have been worth it.
