1971 Ford F100 SportCustom Like i said original body.  Truck was never taken apart or was in a wreck.  Never was a work or hard labor truck, You can tell by the appearance of the bed, i posted lots of pictures of it below. It's got a rust free original body, There are some minor dents and scratches here and there but nothing major. The mouldings are original they do have some bruises on them nothing major as well. The floor mat shows very little wear. Dash bad is in great shape. Headliner shows it's age. I posted a picture of the seat without the cover, it is the original upholstery.  All the glass is good all the lights work. Gas gauge doesn't work too well, but the rest of the gauges do work. It's got a tow package. I posted some pictures of the truck before it was cleaned up. It was sitting for a few years. There's no Amorall  in the engine compartment, We had a professional to clean it and he sprayed it with Clear to preserve it's patina.  my son bought this truck from the second owner he had big plans for it but financial situations got in the way. so, our loss, your gain. It's got power steering and power brakes. C-6 automatic transmission V8 360 with 2bbl carb. All numbers matching.

The engine has been rebuilt little over 61k miles ago back, and in my photos you will see a picture of the receipt. The transmission has got less than a thousand miles on it i posted the receipt as well. It's got new brakes and break booster. It's got a new heater system. We recently put new new plugs, New wires, Cap router, New oil, New coolint, New fuel pump and fuel filter, And new rebuilt carburetor. The Tires are very good. It steers and stops good, It's got a smooth ride.

Chip Foose tastefully enhances his personal Ford GT

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

Typically, we'd expect a vehicle from 2006 to fall well short of a more modern vehicle, both in terms of performance and style. Of course, the Ford GT is not your average offering from the Bush era. That's doubly true when the 2006 GT in question belongs to one Chip Foose.
Purchased by his wife as a 50th birthday present, Foose is showing his custom, personalized GT at the 2014 SEMA Show. The 5.4-liter supercharged V8 breathes a bit easier thanks to a full Magnaflow Performance exhaust, but Foose's GT isn't all about the performance.
Instead, the car customizer extraordinaire has focused on tasteful aesthetic enhancement, tweaking the rear end by removing the bumper and trimming the frame extensions. The wheels, meanwhile, are one-off aluminum alloys, designed by Foose himself. Like the stripes, the wheels feature orange accenting.

Production of Shelby GT350 is coming to an end

Fri, 26 Jul 2013

One Autoblog staffer who drove the limited-edition Shelby GT350 wrote it probably was the best Mustang he'd driven, but, at some point, the fun had to come to an end: December 31 is the last day the GT350 will be available to order.
The GT350's option list has evolved much like it did for the original 1965-67 GT350. For 2011, the 45th Anniversary edition only came in coupe form and was painted white with blue stripes, just as with the 1965 car. The 2012 GT350 was offered as a coupe or convertible, and three colors were added to the option list, just like the 1966 model. For 2013, more colors and options were added in addition to equipment and styling updates, which resulted in Wilwood instead of Baer brakes. No major changes were made for the 2014 model. From the first car in 2011, customers have been able to choose between three different configurations for their 5.0-liter V8: naturally aspirated with 440 horsepower, supercharged with 525 hp (with warranty) or supercharged with 624 hp (without warranty).
"When we unveiled this latest version of the Shelby GT350, we promised it would be built for a limited time to preserve its collectability and value," states John Luft, president of Shelby American. He may have a point, because the original GT350, which also had a limited production run, is among the most valuable muscle cars in the world.

Auto critic calls out Corvette, Mustang and Cherokee faithful

Mon, 26 Aug 2013

Most automotive purists fear change, but not without reason. Change, after all, did kill big-block V8s, along with most station wagons and manual transmissions. But change has also brought with it far more performance, safety and fuel economy - not to mention ridding the world of shag carpet interiors, bias-ply tires and those horrible motorized seatbelts of the early '90s.
By this time next year, the Chevy Corvette, Jeep Cherokee and next-generation Ford Mustang will all be on sale and will all, in some way, have angered or offended purists. To those critics, Mark Phelan of the Detroit Free Press is preemptively telling them to stop complaining - at least until they've all been driven. From the Corvette's square taillights and the Cherokee's radical nose to whatever pony car purists will harp on the 2015 Mustang for, Phelan's column points out the positives of automotive evolution and the negatives of staying the course for too long. That's fair enough, but do you think Phelan is on point, or all wet? Head on over to the Detroit Free Press to read his words, then have your say in Comments.
