I believe truck has V- 8 / 292 Y Block  with 2- Barrel auto lite carburator . . 4 Speed transmission with  5 lug wheels and 1/2 ton Running gear ..  Bad things about truck is .You have to wiggle key for it to turn to run position .. Motor is hard to start when cold with just small shot of staring fluid  it lite's right up and is ready to go once it warms up . Truck has manual choke that needs hooked up. Motor runs good no smoke on start up ..Oil pressure drops down some after motor is warm up all way. ..Lifters make noise. They are adjustable rocker arms . May need adjusted .. Truck go down road well.. steers ok for manual steering .. Brakes stop nice and straight with no pulls  Window roll up and down fine and heater works  Transmission shifts good... Mustang pinball game will feature art by Ford GT designer

Fri, 13 Dec 2013

To celebrate 50 years of Mustang, Ford and Stern Pinball are collaborating on a new pinball machine that will feature the muscle car in all its glory, Polygon reports. Even better, Camilo Pardo, the guy who designed the Ford GT, will provide art for the table; Tanner Foust, Top Gear USA host and professional driver, will handle narrating duties; and a Sony Music soundtrack spanning five decades will provide the tunes.
"The Mustang is one of the most iconic, American cars ever made... What better way to celebrate 50 years of Mustang than with the launch of the Ford Mustang pinball game?" says Stern Pinball CEO Gary Stern.
Watch the promotional trailer for the upcoming Mustang pinball machine below, which will have to hold you over until pricing and availability are announced in early 2014.

Toyota hangs on to title of world's largest automaker for first half of 2013

Fri, 26 Jul 2013

General Motors and Ford can have all the success they please, but it doesn't seem like America's two largest manufacturers are going to topple Toyota in the first half of 2013. According to Reuters, Toyota moved 4.91 million vehicles in the first six months of 2013, representing a 1.1-percent drop from the same period in 2012.
GM is on the rise, though, with a four-percent increase in global sales, to 4.85 million. Volkswagen, still sitting in third, saw a 5.5-percent jump to 4.7 million vehicles in the first half of 2013.
If this pace continues for Toyota, it'll finish 2013 in the top sales spot for the second year in a row. The manufacturer fell to third, behind GM and VW, in 2011 after earthquakes and tsunamis ravaged its production capacity.
