I'm selling my 2003 Ford Expedition XLT with 162, 000 miles. All miles are highway miles, I commute to NJ for work. It is my daily driving vehicle, a great family vehicle, lots of room, The vehicle has power steering, seats, brakes, windows, and door locks with keyless entry and alarm. also has electric sliding pedals. The driverside door keypad does work, also has heated mirrors. Features:5.4l v8 4wd3rd row seating Front and rear heating and air. It is inspected until august of 2014.

The rear tires were replaced last year and are %90 and the fronts were replaced the year before and are %60. The front driver side hub has been replaced and also the ignition coils. It has a touch screen linear phase slide out radio with dvd player and ipod/iphone hookup. There is one small tear in the river seat due to normal wear. I have the miidle seat for the 2nd row (i had it out when i took the pictures, but it is in the same condition as the rest of the seats), also the driver side rear window does not go up or down due to the actuator gone out. I have the part to replace it, I just haven t got around to replacing it yet. I am a mechanic, so there is nothing wrong with this car.

I recently put new pads and rotors all the way around, as well as new alternator, battery, cables, coils, plugs, and belts. oil is changed every 2, 500 miles religiously. also changed differential fluids, transfer case fluid, coolant and transmission fluid. Thanks for looking and please feel free to call with any questions.609 251 0563. More pictures available upon request

Ford celebrates 1 millionth Mustang built at Flat Rock

Thu, 18 Apr 2013

Yesterday, the Ford Mustang turned 49 years old, and Ford didn't miss the opportunity to celebrate the one millionth version of the Mustang rolling off the assembly line at the Flat Rock Assembly plant. Production of the Mustang at Flat Rock coincided with the fifth-generation design launching in 2004, and the one millionth car was the car shown above, a 2014 GT convertible painted in Ruby Red.
In total, Ford has sold more than 8.5 million Mustangs since the original car went on sale, but some of the key milestones over the car's nine years at Flat Rock include the Shelby GT-H, Bullitt, Boss 302 and, of course, the 662-horsepower Shelby GT500. Scroll down for a press release celebrating Flat Rock's milestone Mustang.

Watch this lead sled go rallying in Finland

Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Custom cars generally fit into neat little boxes in terms of how they are used. For example, you're unlikely to see a modded Corvette going rock crawling; it's just not what it's made for (though we bet it'd look awesome, for a minute). In the same way, chopped, channeled and customized '50s hot rods aren't really meant to go racing. They look great and go fast, but they are generally more cruisers than sports cars.
However, if this video is any indication, the people of Finland don't adhere in these stereotypes, because this rodder is happy to play in the dirt with his lead sled.
According to the video, the driver is a member of the Ford-Freak Club of Finland, and he clearly knows how to have some fun. Possibly inspired by his country's great rally drivers, he gets the tail way out going around this gently curving gravel track. The stunt is somewhat reminiscent of the stock cars races on the sand at Daytona Beach, and this is probably close to what it sounded like too. Scroll down to watch a very cool Finn getting his hot rod a little dirty.

eBay Find of the Day: Mk1 Ford GT40 with interesting history

Sat, 03 May 2014

You might expect a rare Ford GT40 to cross the block at some sort of prestigious auto auction from RM or Gooding, not show up on eBay for over $2 million. However, that's exactly what we have here. The seller claims the car is a late-build Mk1 GT40 from 1969, and it's currently owned by the director of the Hublot watch company in Switzerland.
According to the listing, GT40 #P1108 started life as Mk1 car that was built from factory spares in 1969 and was first sold in 1971. However, the auction is somewhat confusing. According to an image in its gallery, the vehicle was actually built from one of the seven spare Mk3 tubs when production of the iconic racers ended.
This GT40 was never built as a racecar - it lived on the streets its whole life. After assembly finished, it was sent to Germany and was eventually registered for the road. The first owner kept the car until 2005 and sold it with 7,300 miles on the odometer. The current owner bought it in 2012.
