It will be hard for you to fine a nicer classic mustang. This car is done and ready to drive. Everything is new or rebuilt, and I do mean everything.

Complete NEW Grab-a-Trac suspension. This was everything leaf springs, front springs, Elderbrock Shocks, heavy duty sway bars, ect. Everything under car is new.
All Brakes are new. Disk in front which were upgraded and drum in rear, but are powered. All break lines and gas lines are in stainless steel.
All body panels are new. No rust in car anywhere, and no bondo. No rust patches of any kind were used. All panels were undercoated before being placed back on and all under coated on bottom.
New Tires and Wheels
Complete new interior and top.
All knobs on dash are new, new wiring throughout car, new retro style FM stereo with Ipod and usb connector, with added speakers so you can hear with top down.
All heater control are new including air ducts.
Carpet, door panels, seat-covers, seat cushions are all NEW. (old ponies are under custom stitched ponies.)
All lights in side and out are LED's
All new rubber and felts around car. Front windshield was replaced with new. All other glass is original with factory tint and in great shape.
The only thing that was not replaced on car was instrument cluster. I was hoping it would work. It started to work but quickly stopped. Have bought brand new Dakota Digital VHX cluster ($900) that goes with car.
Also a custom cover goes with car to keep it like new.
I am sure I am forgetting something many, many things. so feel free to call with questions. And I urge you to come look at car. No disappointments.
If I had to list one flaw it would be one. Where we custom fitted the hood scoop it was placed on a metal hood which is more supported. There are to small cracks where the scoop meets that hood towards the front. This happened right after paint and has not gotten worse. We moved on Because I was going to put stripes on the car. Well after I saw  the car painted like this, I stopped with the stripes. If you wanted to put stripes on the car it would cover these up. But to let you know it has not stopped the crowed around my car at car shows or stopped the trophy's coming.
This car is Awesome...you will love it....I know I will miss it....
Car is for sale local, so Auction may end at any time.
Shipping is at buyer cost but I will help in any way, just call me prior to discuss.

Ford Mustang GT500 successor spied near SVT

Tue, 17 Sep 2013

Details about the next-gen Ford Mustang are scarce, and there's even less information out there about the upcoming replacement for the Shelby GT500. Previously rumored to drop the Shelby name and wear the GT350 moniker, the highest-performance Mustang has just been spotted testing near Ford's SVT operations.
Despite being cloaked in heavy camouflage, we can instantly tell this prototype is different from other Mustang spy shots we've seen in the past. Aside from the Shelby-spec wheels, quad exhaust outlets (previous spy shots show only two) and beefier brakes, this car also has air intakes on the hood and front fenders. These elements help to neither prove nor dismiss rumors that the next SVT Mustang will be naturally aspirated. It also looks like Ford is may be planning some changes to this car's rear suspension, as there is some extra camouflage added beneath the rear end of this prototype.
As a bonus, these spy shots also give us our first look inside the new Mustang, revealing a new steering wheel (with more buttons) and a glimpse of the dual-pod instrument gauges. Check out past spy shots of the 2015 Mustang showing off its new face and driving around town.

Barrett-Jackson 2014: First production 2015 Ford Mustang earns $300k for JDRF [w/video]

Sat, 18 Jan 2014

We've almost become immune to the huge dollar amounts that collectible cars earn for charity at Barrett-Jackson. To wit, $300,000 for the first production 2015 Ford Mustang initially didn't seem like very much money. In reality, though, it's probably about 10 times the actual asking price for the car, and we're pleased to report that 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
According to Ford, the car's winning bidder will get to "choose a fastback with manual or automatic transmission, and any interior, exterior and stripe color combination offered by Ford on the all-new Mustang." Power will come from a slightly revised version of the well-known 5.0-liter V8 engine that will produce "more than 420hp and 396 pound-feet of torque."
We snapped live images of the 2015 Mustang prototype that Ford had on display here at Barrett-Jackson, and you can check them out above. The official auction description, along with a video of the auction as it happened live, is below.

Tanner Foust gets eponymous hotted-up Ford Focus ST from Cobb Tuning

Thu, 14 Mar 2013

Racer and Top Gear USA host Tanner Foust has partnered up with Cobb Tuning to create a special-edition Ford Focus ST. The limited-edition hatches will come packing a reflashed ECU, special intercooler, tweaked intake and freer-flowing exhaust for up to 20 percent more power than the stock creation. Cobb says that the changes should push the final dyno figure to above 300 horsepower. Buyers can also expect to find special carbon fiber aerodynamic bits on board along with a new grille, graphics and wheels. Cobb hasn't released pricing on this Tanner Foust Edition Ford Focus ST as of yet, but you can bet the whole kit won't be cheap.
Fortunately, the company will sell you bits and pieces from the overall package for your Ford, and word has it engineers are also whipping up a Foust Fiesta ST. Look for Cobb's Focus ST website to go live next month, complete with accurate specs and pricing. Until then, enjoy clicking through the gallery here. You can also check out the full press release below.
