This listing is for a rare, and very clean 1986 Mondial 3.2 convertible. This red (Corso Rosso) exterior and black (Nero) interior is a very sought after combination. The overall condition is very, very nice. The leather looks and smells like new. The exterior looks equally as nice. The engine runs and drives very strong. Complete tune-up and belt service was performed at 41,200. Up to date on service. Always garaged. Original paint and interior.
The car has just over 48,190 miles. A/C, P/S, P/B, P/W, P/L, AM/FM Cassette & CD Changer in the trunk. Everything works. Tires are TRX's and are like new with very few miles. Drive this car anywhere (I have!). Turns heads wherever it goes.. Exhaust note is awesome! Upgraded aluminum pedals and gear shift.
Convertible top is excellent and rear window is clear (not yellowed). Also has a factory tonneau cover and a Beverly Hills Motorcars car cover. Comes with all tool kits, manuals, Ferrari service manual and Ferrari parts look-up manual. Get in this car and drive it home!
Depending on your monitor, some of the pictures make the car look like it has an orange tint. That's just the picture. The car is 100% Ferrari red. Corso Rosso.
NADA value guide has this car at $33,800 to $39,100 (see screen print).
US Model, not Gray Market car. You will not be dissapointed - but as a buyer please realize that this is a 29 year old car and will have some slight blemishes typical of a very well cared for, but driven car of this age. This is NOT a new car!
Please be sure to have your financing in order before placing a bid on this car. Bidders with a bid history of less than 10, or rating less than 95% must contact me first prior to bidding. Private seller.
Thank you for looking. Don't let this one get away.I have title in hand and summer is just around the corner.
(I reserve the right to pull the listing early as the car is being advertised locally). Very reasonable reserve, don't be afraid to bid!

Ferrari to offer 458 examples of new Speciale Spider
Mon, 18 Aug 2014Talk about first-world, one-percenter problems: you want to get a new Ferrari, you've even settled on the 458, but you can't decide between the Spider and the Speciale. It's a tough call, we know. But your pain will be over soon, if the latest rumors are to be believed.
Those rumors have it that, at an exclusive preview event for select customers at Pebble Beach this past weekend, Ferrari showed off a new 458 variant that combines the best attributes of the 458 Spider (namely its folding hardtop) with those of the 458 Speciale (those being its 600-horsepower engine and other go-fast bits).
Succeeding the similarly exclusive, best-of-both-worlds, F430-based 16M Scuderia Spider, the new 458 Speciale Spider (or whatever it's ultimately called) is said to be limited to 458 examples worldwide, and is expected to be unveiled to the public at the Paris Motor Show this coming October.
Ferrari builds one-off hybrid F12 TRS roadster
Mon, 16 Jun 2014When Ferrari makes an open-top version of one of its V12 super-GTs, it typically comes in particularly low production numbers. Maranello only made 448 examples of the 550 Barchetta Pininfarina, 559 of the 575 Superamerica and 599 units of the 599 SA Aperta. What we have here, however, is not just the first F12 roadster we've seen yet, but also the most exclusive.
Called the F12 TRS, it's obviously based on the F12 Berlinetta, but with some key modifications. Not the least of which is the open-top body-style (which may or may not have a folding roof mechanism of some kind), coupled with some unique bodywork like a cowled rear deck and reshaped hood. But the TRS (which we can only assume is some tribute to the 250 Testa Rossa) is also said to pack an F1-derived KERS hybrid assist, presumably similar to the one in the LaFerrari - or more poignantly, in the 599 HY-KERS concept - to give the 6.3-liter V12 even more juice than the prodigious 730 horsepower it produces in stock Berlinetta form.
The vehicle, apparently spotted in the garage at the company's Fiorano test track, appears to be a one-off built by Ferrari's Special Projects division for one discerning and evidently very wealthy customer who is said to have paid $4.2 million for the privilege.
Ferrari-driving kid's parents charged by Indian police [w/video]
Tue, 30 Apr 2013Earlier this month, we reported on a video that was circulating the internet which showed a young boy driving a Ferrari F430 on a street in India while other children watched and two adults recorded the whole thing. And that was all that we knew at the time. Now, there is more information about the car, the kids and their parents thanks to an article in the Daily Mail. As it turns out, a wealthy businessman let his son drive the Ferrari as a present for his ninth birthday and recorded the whole thing while his six-year-old son was riding shotgun.
According to the report, the father, Muhammad Nizam, faces charges and possibly the seizure of the car for letting his son get behind the wheel. Oddly enough, the video is still up on YouTube, and we have it posted for you below.
