THIS IS A VERY RARE DODGE VIPER!

The 2008 Dodge Viper ACR is a very limited Special Edition!

If you are not familiar with this car, please do your research, because we are setting the reserve below wholesale! (and yes, dealers are welcome)

This car is in pristine condition! My brother is the second owner of the car. The first owner is his next door neighbor, and both owners garaged the car in heated, and air conditioned equipted garages. This car was not beat on, and never smoked in! The only noticable flaws are on the pasenger front carbon split wing (shown on pics), but they are just a couple of scrapes. Any thing else is so minor it would not show up in a photo.

It has a $2000. custom exhaust upgrade, tinted windows, and my brother spent $2600. replacing the tires (with the factory brand) just 1000 miles ago!

Since new, ALL work has been done by Dodge of Burnsville's certified Viper mechanics!

This Viper retails in the mid to high 80s, but our reserve is set below wholesale value, in the 60s., or you can BUY IT NOW for a low $69,000.

Shipping and or pick up, is the responsability of the buyer, so please look in to it before bidding. The car is in Prior Lake MN 55372.

A $500. deposit will be required within 24 hours of auction end, or we reserve the right to sell the car to the next highest bidder!

BEST OF ALL, A SELLER YOU CAN TRUST!!!

Watch this Dodge Viper get clawed to death

Tue, 07 Jan 2014

There's a scene in the James Bond movie, Casino Royale, where Daniel Craig's Agent 007 is captured by villain Le Chiffre, played by Mads Mikkelsen. Le Chiffre tortures Bond in a scene that is rather difficult to watch (especially for blokes) and impossible to describe on these digital pages (Google at your own risk). This video is the automotive equivalent of the Casino Royale torture scene.
It shows a Dodge Viper - a late, first-generation GTS judging by the center-exit exhausts - getting assaulted by a giant piece of heavy equipment. The large claw shows no mercy on the V10-powered sports car, rending its muscular curves into pieces and then running it over, just for good measure. It's a painful video to watch (and hear!), made worse because we don't know what the Viper did to deserve such a fate. About a third of the way through the video, the cameraman indicates that the man with the claw is a new operator from Chrysler, and it appears there may be some fire damage, but beyond that, we don't have much to go on.
Scroll down for the video but be warned, it isn't for the faint of heart.

Fiat-Chrysler shows its SEMA lineup

Fri, 24 Oct 2014

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles already previewed its 2014 SEMA show lineup with some slick renders. Now, the automaker has finally showed us the actual cars, and among the group there are definitely some that stand out more than others.
Dodge is really showing off its muscle at this year's show with four concepts that all pump up the power of the brand's models. Perhaps most interesting among them is the Challenger T/A Concept (pictured above) in striking Sublime Green and matte black. It's meant to resemble the classic Trans Am racer from the '70s. Under the hood is a 6.4-liter V8, and to fit the vintage style there's a pistol-grip gearshift inside.
The Charger R/T also gets some attention with the Mopar concept that shows off what FCA's aftermarket performance arm can do. Mods include an updated body kit, cold-air intake for the 5.7-liter V8 and a coil-over suspension kit. Beyond that, the Dart R/T Concept looks a lot meaner with a black hood with duct work that leads straight to the air intake. The rest of the compact sedan is dolled up in O-So-Orange paint and is fitted with upgrades to improve handling like a coil-over suspension and big brake kit from the Mopar catalog.

Roadkill builds crazy-cheap 1968 Dodge Charger rat rod using an old motorhome

Tue, 24 Dec 2013

Certain requests for description simply cannot be fulfilled, like if someone asked you to describe Picasso's Guernica or Gilliam's Brazil. There is only one appropriate answer to such entreaties, and that is: "You just gotta see it." That's where we are with the latest episode of Roadkill, wherein Messr's Freiburger and Finnegan dig out a 1968 Dodge Charger that Freiburger acquired in exchange for a set of cylinder heads, and intend to stuff it with the big-block motor from a long-bed, three-quarter ton Dodge pickup.
Only the pickup is too nice to tear apart, and the Charger needs a whole lot more lovin' - and parts - than initially expected. Enter, stage right, the Class A Dodge Pace Arrow motorhome with a 440 big-block purchased for $1,000, and a retired Plymouth Fury from a previous episode.
What ensues over the course of the 40-minute installment is more cuttin', yankin', leakin', stallin', hammerin' and smokin' action than you've seen in a long time, and some techniques that would have made even Cooter wonder, "I'm not sure if we should do that." By the end, though, the payoff is good enough to make you think about perusing AutoTrader for a '68 Charger just to see if maybe...
