This is a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Quad Cab SLT. Color is a Flame Red Clear Coat and it still has a brilliant shine, always been kept in a garage. It has a beautiful Taupe Leather interior in excellent condition. Carpeting was covered when new so it is in perfect condition. It has 9300 original miles. It has the 8.0L V-10 engine with the 5 speed HD manual transmission. Has a Class IV trailer hitch and will pull just about anything. Truck was purchased new by me and has always been maintained and parked in a heated garage. The exterior is in excellent condition and the paint is beautiful. Never been smoked in or abused in any way. This truck really does look new. It needs nothing. It comes with a new battery, it also has a dodge bed liner installed and an aluminum toolbox. It has never been used as a work truck. So no dents or scratches. It does have one tiny rock chip in the windshield. Please take a look at the window sticker for a detailed options list. Chrysler recalling 49K Chargers for headlight components
Fri, 14 Mar 2014Chrysler has issued a recall for about 49,375 2011 and 2012 Dodge Chargers with halogen headlamps due to a problem with the lights. The automaker says that there could be an issue with the jumper harness and other related components.
The automaker says that 43,450 cars are affected in the US, 2,850 in Canada, 375 in Mexico and 2,700 outside of North America. The vehicles will have their headlight assemblies, including the jumper harnesses and bulbs, inspected and potentially replaced. Dodge says that its engineers investigated reports of that were similar to what was found when it recalled about 10,000 police Chargers in 2012 for overheating light components. There have been no injuries or accidents related to fault, according to Chrysler.
The automaker will be in contact with affected owners, and schedule the service. Naturally, any repairs will be free of charge. Scroll down for the company's full announcement.
2003-04 Dodge Viper recalled for sudden airbag deployment
Fri, 15 Feb 2013As if driving the old Dodge Viper (not the fancy new SRT model) isn't intimidating enough, imagine trying to wrangle that V10 beast and then suddenly having the airbags deploy. Yikes. That's apparently what could happen to some 3,660 Viper models from the 2003 and 2004 model years, and as such, Chrysler has issued a recall.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, part of the car's airbag control module may fail, causing the bags or seatbelt pre-tensioners to deploy without warning while the vehicle is in operation. That's a dangerous scenario in any car, let alone one offering insane horsepower a near-total paucity of safety nannies should things get squirrely.
Owners will be notified this month about the recall, though a remedy is not expected to be available until later this year. Scroll down for the full NHTSA statement.
