Have had this truck for a little over 3 years and used it mainly for travel and towing my camper. Interior is in almost perfect condition while the body is very good with a few nicks and scratches. No rust at all. The RR bumper is tweaked a little from a trailer backing miscalculation and there is one little scrape above the RR wheel that was there when I got it. A/C blows cold and it drives like a dream. It has a check engine light on due to an ECM glitch that is very common to this engine control package. Does not affect vehicle performance in any way. It can be fixed with a replacement ECM which will be fine for awhile then it will do the same thing and the light comes back on. Been down that road twice, now I just ignore it. Would not hesitate to jump in it and drive it anywhere in the country. Had 60k when I got it and 78k now so I've put around 6k/yr on it. Very lightly used. There is not a better one out there for the price you can get this one for. Blue book private party is $8000 but reserve is quite a bit lower than that. Also for sale locally so auction may end at any time. For sale as where is with no warranty either expressed or implied. Non-refundable $500 deposit by Paypal. Dodge Dart Mopar '13 special edition recalled over airbag woes
Mon, 09 Dec 2013Dodge is only building 500 examples of the black-and-blue Mopar '13 Dart, but the majority of them are now being recalled. Part of the Mopar upgrade included replacing the stock seat skins in the Dart with black and blue Katzkin leather, but the seat-mounted side airbags were reinstalled improperly during the upfitting process, which could affect the performance of the front seat side airbags.
According to the official National Highway Traffic Safety Administration bulletin, a total of 374 Mopar '13 cars are being recalled due to side airbags that might not deploy in a side-impact collision. There have been no reports of the airbags not going off, but Chrysler will still need to reinstall the bags to ensure proper deployment. The recall notice is posted below, which gives information for Mopar '13 owners to contact Chrysler and NHTSA.
Mopar rolls out new Scat Packages for Dodge Challenger, Charger and Dart
Tue, 05 Nov 2013Dodge buyers looking for that extra performance edge, take note: Mopar is bringing back the Scat Pack. Announced at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas today, the new Scat Packages will be available in three stages for the Challenger, Charger and Dart starting next spring.
Upgrades for the Charger and Challenger equipped with the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine include a
new cold-air intake and cat-back exhaust, as well as a remapped ECU. Upgrade to the Scat Package 2 and you get a new camshaft, and the Scat Package 3 tosses in ported and polished heads and hi-flow headers. Upgrades for the Dart GT with the smaller 2.4-liter, four-cylinder Tigershark engine with six-speed manual transmission start with a cold-air intake, short-throw shifter and upgraded brakes. The second stage kicks in a remapped ECU and cat-back exhaust, while the Scat Package 3 for the Dart gives you even bigger brakes, an adjustable suspension and sway bars front and rear.
