1985 Dodge Ram 150 Royal SE!!!

First off I am selling this truck because I had intentions of making a street/strip show truck. but I wasn't going to do that until I built a garage to keep it in, once I rebuilt it. So as you can tell I haven't built a garage yet.  I do not drive it in the winter it stays in the drive way.  I bought this truck I think in 2007. I drove it to Iowa from Dallas, Texas.  It is rust free, meaning no deep pits or holes. Only some spot or surface rust and sunburned. It has a 318 engine that runs great!  The previous owner said that the owner before him had rebuilt it. I do not know how many miles are on the motor. The transmission drives fine, no problems.  It has Riken aluminum rims. The interior is in decent cond. but needs some attention. The carpet is stained.  The vinyl on seat is ripped but a cover works good. The dash is in great cond. The door panels are poor, faded and cracked. The drivers side electric window wont move glass. You can hear it but the gear must be wore out.  You can move it up and down by hand.  The passenger side window only goes half way down.  The A.C. does work!  It has tilt steering. Radio doesn't work. The cruise just stopped working. The elec. locks are disconnected right now because I think they are gummed up, needs lube.  But they still work manually.  Last summer I put on new tires for $600.  I have replaced the radiator, cooling pump, headlights.  The engine in the back is being sold separately. It is a 360 bored and stroked to a 408. Check my other listings.  Any ? askem.

I maybe able to transport it for you. contact me for a quote.

2015 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak previewed

Fri, 29 Aug 2014

Dodge and Mopar have never strayed far from success in drag racing, be it on run-what-you-brung nights at the local strip or at the highest levels of the sport. Hoping to both add to that heritage and capitalize on some of the media spotlight that's shown so brightly on the brand of late, Dodge has given us our first look at the 2015 Mopar Challenger Drag Pak test car.
Though this first iteration doesn't make use of the 707-horsepower Hellcat engine, it seems to be a pretty formidable racing package. Starting with a stock '15 Challenger, Mopar adds a full roll cage built to National Hot Rod Association specs. Rubber front and back is drag racing-ready as well, with 28x4.5-inch tires in the front, and fat 30x9-inch tires out back - all from Hoosier.
Powering the beast is a massive 426-cubic-inch (7.0-liter) Hemi Race V8, with output levels that are still unspecified. A Chrysler 727 automatic transmission connects up to a racing style shift lever, with integral line lock.

Chrysler celebrates 30 years of minivans with special editions

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

It's been known by many names: the Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager, Chrysler Voyager, Lancia Voyager, Volkswagen Routan, Ram Cargo Van... but the bottom line is that Chrysler's minivans have defined the segment for 30 years now. In fact, Chrysler says it has sold 13 million of them since 1983, helped along by the Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan that accounted for nearly half of all minivans sold in the United States just last year. So to celebrate this three-decade milestone, the Auburn Hills auto has announced a pair of new special editions.
The 2014 Chrysler Town & Country 30th Anniversary Edition starts the Touring-L trim and includes such special touches as 17-inch wheels, unique badging, available Granite Crystal Pearl paint and an interior decked out in black Alcantara and Nappa leather, piano black trim and all the optional bells and whistles bundled in.
The 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary Edition, meanwhile, starts off with either the SE or SXT trims and also upgrades with 17-inch alloys as well as color-keyed mirrors and an interior with silver stitching, piano black trim, power everything, and of course, those special badges.

Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you

Thu, 21 Feb 2013

As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.
