1941 DODGE FLAT FENDER MILITARY TRUCK WITH DUAL REAR WHEELS
WAS ORIGINALLY A 201 FLATHEAD 6 CYLINDER WITH A 4 SPEED TRANS AND SINGLE SPEED TRANFER CASE. NEEDS RESTORATION. WAS A RUNNING AND DRIVING TRUCK 2 YEARS AGO. VERY SOLID CAB ONLY HAS A COUPLE OF SMALL FLOOR HOLES AND REAR CAB TO FLOOR SEAM NEEDS SOME LIGHT RUST REPAIR. THE FRAME HAS BEEN HEAVILY (NOT FROM RUST ...JUST USAGE) PLATED. ALSO THE DOORS NEED SOME REPAIR ON THE INSIDE UNDERNEATH AS WELL AS WHERE THE MIRRORS MOUNT (SOMEONE WELDED ON PLATES TO INSTALL THE MIRRORS!!) CURRENTLY THE BED AND TAILGATE ARE OFF, BUT STILL INCLUDED. THE ENGINE IS GONE BUT THE REST OF THE DRIVELINE IS STILL THERE AND IN GOOD SHAPE. TRANSMISSION HAS THE AUXILLARY PTO DRIVE FOR A WINCH OR OTHER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. (I HAVE AN ORIGINAL BRADEN PTO DRIVEN WINCH AVAILABLE SEPARATELY FOR $500) HAS A TRANSFERABLE NEW YORK REGISTRATION (NEW YORK IS A NON TITLE STATE) WHICH THE DMV RECOGNIZES AND WILL PRODUCE A TITLE WHEN TRANSFERRED. ALL 6 TIRES ARE NEARLY NEW AND STILL NICE. HAS SOME NEW BRAKE HOSES AND REBUILT MASTER CYLINDER AND WHEEL CYLINDERS, AS WELL AS NEW BRAKE SHOES ALL AROUND. 2013 Dodge Charger AWD Sport
Tue, 29 Jan 2013We won't beat around the bush: The all-wheel-drive Dodge Charger is not a brand new car. This generation launched in 2011, AWD models and all. But for 2013, Chrysler has added an optional sport package to the AWD model, available with both the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 or the sweet, sweet 5.7-liter Hemi V8. The upgrades for this new sport pack are mainly cosmetic; a gloss black grille, new 19-inch alloy wheels and body-colored rear spoiler make up the list of exterior changes. Inside, there are new sport seats and paddle shifters, and the eight-speed automatic transmission has been reflashed for better performance.
But because vehicles like the Dodge Charger mainly stick out in our minds as being rear-drive bruisers, Chrysler wanted to give us the opportunity to test out the LX platform's foul-weather prowess. And perhaps no place more appropriate to test such a system was way up in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the dead of winter.

Chrysler recalls small number of 2013-2014 cars and trucks over engine debris
Thu, 12 Dec 2013Chrysler is recalling a small number cars over issues with their 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines. The recall, which affects 522 examples of its 2013 Dodge Avenger and Chrysler 200 models, as well as 2014 Jeep Compass and Patriot CUVs has to do with potential debris in the balance shaft bearings.
The abrasive stuff can cause the oil pressure to drop, which could lead to the engine stalling or outright failure. This situation could at best leave drivers stranded and at worst lead to a crash.
Chrysler will begin notifying owners, who will need to report in to have the balance shaft module replaced. All repairs are naturally free of charge. Scroll down for the bulletin from NHTSA.
2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack
Fri, 24 Oct 2014We all knew That Kid. As a freshman, he was a big kid, overweight but surprisingly strong. Still, he was often picked on for his size. Then, he chatted with the football coach, who convinced him that his true calling was on the team's offensive line. After a season on the freshman squad and a summer of two-a-days, this mild-mannered, husky high schooler returned for his sophomore year as a big, imposing, solid piece of muscle. Needless to say, the same bullies that picked on him were praying he'd forgotten about them as a 10th grader.
That's the V8-powered 2015 Dodge Challenger. It arrived on the scene with a max of 425 horsepower and a bit of a weight problem. It completed its proverbial freshman year with a nice 2011 refresh, where the SRT8 was bumped up to 470 hp, but it still had some work to do.
Enter 2015, and fresh off three months of constant burpees and wind sprints, the newest Challenger is as big and powerful as it's ever been, but it's now got poise and potential, and my goodness, it's fun in a way that Dodge's muscle car has never been.
