For sale is my 2011 Dodge Caliber Express-trim vehicle. I purchased this vehicle as a travel vehicle while I was an independent consultant. I wanted something with plenty of room because I am very tall, and something reliable. This vehicle is absolutely FLAWLESS and free of mechanical and cosmetic defects. I have done nothing but baby this vehicle. I have complete and verifiable service records as well. I recently flushed the transmission, installed new brake pads, and a new air filter as well -All which can be verified. Still has new car smell! This vehicle IS a manual. However, this vehicle has a very forgiving transmission in case you are looking to learn a stick-shift. It shifts very smoothly. The vehicle gets about 32 highway mpg and 20-24 mpg in the city, depending on how you drive. Chrysler recalling 49K Chargers for headlight components
Fri, 14 Mar 2014Chrysler has issued a recall for about 49,375 2011 and 2012 Dodge Chargers with halogen headlamps due to a problem with the lights. The automaker says that there could be an issue with the jumper harness and other related components.
The automaker says that 43,450 cars are affected in the US, 2,850 in Canada, 375 in Mexico and 2,700 outside of North America. The vehicles will have their headlight assemblies, including the jumper harnesses and bulbs, inspected and potentially replaced. Dodge says that its engineers investigated reports of that were similar to what was found when it recalled about 10,000 police Chargers in 2012 for overheating light components. There have been no injuries or accidents related to fault, according to Chrysler.
The automaker will be in contact with affected owners, and schedule the service. Naturally, any repairs will be free of charge. Scroll down for the company's full announcement.
Is Mopar readying a special-edition Dart for Chicago?
Sat, 26 Jan 2013Chrysler has released the above teaser of a limited-edition Mopar 2013 model that will be unveiled at next month's Chicago Auto Show. Although the automaker doesn't announce what vehicle will get the Mopar treatment, closer investigation of the seats and center console suggest that this car will be a special version of the 2013 Dodge Dart.
This will be the fourth Mopar model in as many years, following on the heels of the Mopar 2010 Challenger, Mopar 2011 Charger and the Mopar '2012 300. There are no details for the Mopar '13 Dart, but we do see that the car will retain the signature black-and-blue color scheme as past Mopar editions. Like these previous models, we expect production of Mopar '13 Dart to be limited to just 500 units.
