Hi I'm  the owner and operator of a small taxi/limousine company in the Atlantic City area. "On occasions when I sell one of my limousines I get a car on trade in this is one of them"

Up for sale is this 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring 4.0L. The car looks runs and drives absolutely beautiful. The color is a charcoaled Gray black metallic with a light gray silver interior with some chrome and wood trim accent "looks and feels very luxurious" it was just professionally cleaned by my staff who cleans our limousines.

There is no dents no rust no scratches the paint is still shining and vibrant. The interior is very clean and neat with no musty smells "100% non-smoker" Overall this is a beautiful crossover vehicle the motor sounds good runs quiet with no visible leaks. Transmission shifts smooth and operates nicely. Muffler is quiet it drive straight down the road with no pulling brakes feel good and firm...

The car is fully equipped everything seems to work with the exception of the right and left electronic mirrors do not operate? Could be a fuse? I will have one of my mechanics look into it on Monday. The air-conditioning blows cool "not cold" I'm sure it's just Freon, that will also be addressed on Monday. There are three brand-new Goodyear tires with Less then 5000 miles on them. There is one good used Continental tire that I put on myself with approximately 10,000 miles.

There are 2 Chrome Center caps missing that I ordered on Thursday from a local Chrysler dealership. They were like $40 each and yet again they will be in on Monday. I'm very new to eBay and I'm trying to describe the vehicle as honest as possible If you need further information please feel free to call me at 609-453-9775 daily till 9:PM. The car will be available to see for visual inspection in the Atlantic City egg Harbor Township area.

Chrysler stays IPO until 2014

Mon, 25 Nov 2013

There will not be a Chrysler IPO in 2013. Fiat, according to a report from Forbes, has announced that it will not be able to make the American brand's initial public offering before the end of the year, saying that the short, five-week window that makes up the rest of 2013 is "not practicable."
Not surprisingly, the issue with the Chrysler IPO is the same as it's always been - a disagreement between parent company Fiat, which owns 58.5 percent of the Chrysler Group and a UAW healthcare trust, which owns 41.5 percent. Fiat wants to buy out the UAW VEBA healthcare trust, which is responsible for shouldering retiree healthcare costs, but the two sides are hung up on an actual price tag for the remaining two-fifths of the company.
The original idea saw an IPO as a way of setting a fair market price for the remaining shares, although it's not entirely clear what broke down and led to a delay of the IPO plan. As Forbes points out, by waiting until 2014, Chrysler could be risking a cool-off in the IPO market, which could mean less money in its pocket when the automaker finally goes public.

Chrysler's Hurricane engine detailed ahead of 2016 launch

Fri, 20 Sep 2013

We've been hearing distant rumblings about Chrysler's new Hurricane engine for some time now, but details have been hard to come by. Now, Automotive News is adding some specifics to the scuttlebutt, citing Chrysler documents. According to the industry publication, the Hurricane will blow onto the scene in 2016, but it's not an all-new engine. Rather, it will be rooted in the company's existing 2.0-liter four-cylinder Tigershark powerplant (shown above), albeit with "many new technologies to achieve excellent fuel economy."
It's not clear what sort of technologies Chrysler is referring to, but the Hurricane is expected to continue to use an aluminum block, and the finished product is expected to generate even better figures than the existing 2.0-liter's 160 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque (as found in the Dodge Dart). Automotive News notes that the updated 2.4-liter Tigershark debuting in the entry-level 2014 Jeep Cherokee has its basis in the 2.0-liter lump, but unlike the smaller engine, it's been fitted with MultiAir2 electrohydraulic variable valve timing to realize 184 hp and 171 lb-ft and greater efficiency.
Perhaps the Hurricane will incorporate the latter in its bag of tricks? Either way, we're hoping for a more generous torque curve than the what's in the current 2.0-liter Tigershark, which is something of a slug in the Dart - even for a base economy compact.

Detroit Three autoworkers could get huge bonuses

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

For a long time, being a line worker for one of the Detroit Three has meant living with an uncertain future. With the health of American automakers on the rise, though, things are also starting to look up for the men and women building the cars. The latest sign that things aren't bad? Big profit-sharing checks.
According to The Detroit News, Ford, General Motors and Chrysler could end up paying over $800 million to 130,000 workers as part of a profit-sharing plan. According to The News, the economic impact of these profits in Michigan alone could exceed $400 million, besting the NFL's Super Bowl, MLB's All-Star Game and the NHL's Winter Classic for their economic impact.
This is the third straight year the Detroit Three have issued profit-sharing checks to UAW employees, and for many workers, the checks are as close as they'll get to a raise, due to the most recent contract between the union and the manufacturers. On average, employees at GM and Ford receive $1 for every $1 million in North American (not just the US) pre-tax profits. Chrysler, meanwhile, gets a similar deal, although the Auburn Hills-based company calculates profit sharing using 85 percent of the brand's global profits.
