For sale is this 2001 Suburban LS 8.1Liter with Autoride(air leveling shocks). I bought this truck in spring. It was a temporary boat launcher for me (7500#boat)....nothing crazy. I have purchased a new truck and this has to go. I drive a company vehicle everyday so I only have put about 2000 miles on it. It has 183xxx miles. 17 inch Eagle rims, with like new tires. The previous owners installed Magnaflow dual exhaust from the cat back at 45's, the front leveling kit, and had the entire cooling system redone. A/C and Heat work awsome after I installed new cab filters. I changed the oil recently with Mobil 1 full synthetic. It does have some rust where the stock exhaust came out on the passenger side as seen in picture, as well as some rocker rust. It has the large retractable towing mirrors, smoked clearance lights, Sony CD player with AUX in faceplate for IPOD... I put new front rotors, pads, and calipers on when I got it. The rear pads were about 60-70% and the rotors looked good. It has 3rd row seating which pops in and out rather easily. Seats 7 with comfort. 92zero-two5one-81nine4.....Joe

2015 Chevrolet Cruze spied on its home turf

The next Chevrolet Cruze isn't set to go into production for about another year, and we're just now seeing prototypes of the new compact running around here in the States. Not much more has been revealed since we saw the car blasting through the snow in Europe, but we can still clearly see new design elements like the larger grille, slimmer headlamps and redesigned taillamps.
Our spy photographers worked up a composite image of this Cruze prototype alongside the current model, and here, we can clearly see some big visual changes are in store for the new model. The 2015 Cruze's hood slopes downward more dramatically, the windshield is more heavily raked, and the roofline looks more fluid overall. The next-generation Cruze will ride on the new global Delta platform that will also underpin other General Motors vehicles like the Chevrolet Volt and Equinox.
As for what's under the hood, we expect the normal range of gasoline four-cylinder engines (both naturally aspirated and turbocharged), and the compact's new turbodiesel four should carry over, as well. Have a look at the full brace of spy photos in the gallery above.

First privately owned Corvette Stingray blitzes 1/4 mile in 12.23 at 114.88 mph

Chevrolet's latest road rocket, the Corvette Stingray, is a very quick car. If one needs further proof of that, we recommend they take a look at this video from Hennessey of what is claimed to be the first privately owned C7 Corvette to make a pass down the quarter mile. Not just any quarter mile, mind, this black C7 blitzed its way down the tuner's primary testing dragstrip. The Chevrolet ran the quarter in just 12.23 seconds at 114.88 miles per hour. That is a very quick time for a stock car.
Equipped with the Z51 package and a six-speed automatic transmission, not only does the C7 run a solid time, but it does so with little to no drama. That won't last though, as Hennessey will likely return it to its owner with far more power - we just hope they show a drag run of the completed product.
