This is a 1959 Chevy Suburban Carryall Series 31 .It is a 2 Door .It is a project that Runs and Drives daily and is currently registered . It is time for me to finish a few other projects already started . In the last 6 months here is what has already been done :
1. Rebuilt Stroker 327 V-8 / New Exhaust /New Carb/ Alt / New Distributor / New Radiator / New water Pump
2. Rebuilt 700 R4 Transmission
3. New Gennie Shifter
4. All New Brakes and suspension parts replaced as necessary
5. Dropped front axle
6. New King Pins
7. New Shocks
8. New Tires and Hubcaps / Wheels Powder Coated
9. Rebuilt Rearend and Spider gears Replaced
10. I have New Hood Hinges and Heater Control and Cables to replace old ones

Watch how Corvette Racing's new collision-avoidance radar system works
Fri, 22 Mar 2013When it comes to technology used in racecars, we generally expect it to trickle down to production cars, not the other way around. Well, Pratt & Miller has developed a new rear-facing radar that operates in a similar fashion to what we're used to in modern blind spot detection systems, only it is also capable of tracking cars as they approach and relaying vital information to the driver via a large display screen.
The innovative radar system debuted at last weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring for Corvette Racing, and this system makes perfect sense for endurance races like this since the cars sometimes have to drive through the night and in poor weather conditions.
The radar can detect cars even with poor visibility, and uses easy-to-distinguish symbols for the driver to identify.

The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.

What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?
