We have decided recently to consider selling our dump truck, we've owned this truck since 2010 and we put a dump box put on it after we bought it. The truck is normally parked at our indoor dock since we bought it we've put 4k mi. on it roughly. We only use it 6-10 time a year for hauling snow away and figure we could rent one cheaper than a years worth of plating, city stickers and insurance. We can hold the truck for 45 days if the auction is paid in full. Truck is road worthy and has newer batteries and tires plus the Alt. was upgraded to a larger unit. Brakes were replaced last year and also a left side rear axle bearing and seal, truck also has a trailer brake controller. Truck dump box is 7ft wide and 9 ft. long, added by regional truck equipment. It's made by Airflow it was around 9k installed. Thanks for looking, email questions will be answered during work hours. Hot Wheels Camaro to make big debut at Indy
Fri, 05 Apr 2013Chevrolet handed over the keys to 33 Hot Wheels Camaro Convertible Indianapolis 500 festival cars this week. Race directors get the luxury of driving the droptops around Indianapolis in an ongoing tradition with roots all the way back to the 1960s. The stunt is supposed to remind area residents that the Indy 500 is right around the corner. The cars are our first look at the special Camaro Hot Wheels Edition in convertible form, and they are slated to head to dealers after a one-time production run. The cars also represent the first time in history full-size Hot Wheels have been offered for sale by an automaker.
The cars will be available in both the previously seen coupe bodystyle and this convertible configuration, and will feature metallic blue paint and special wheels with the iconic redline accent. Buyers will be able to choose between the V6-powered 2LT trim and the V8-powered 2SS guise.
Hot Wheels says the original Custom Camaro toy was one of the original 16 1:64-scale diecasts, and it remains one of the company's most valuable collector items today.
GM recalling 426,000 sedans over faulty transmission shift cable
Fri, 21 Sep 2012General Motors is recalling some 426,240 sedans that may have a faulty transmission shift cable, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report this morning. The recall concerns a fault within four-speed automatic transmissions equipped on 2007-2010 Saturn Aura models, and 2008-2010 Chevrolet Malibu and Pontiac G6 models.
The report specifies that tabs on the transmission shift cable may fracture and separate. Such a fault could cause a discrepancy between the actual position of the transmission and the apparent position of the shift lever.
GM is currently working to notify owners of the vehicles in question, and dealers will check and replace shift cables free of charge. Scroll down to read the complete NHTSA report.
