Up for bid is 1966 Nova V8 Super Sport Red on Red factory four speed rolling chassis with a 12 bolt 355 posi rear end. This is a true 118 V8 SS car that is virtually rust free. This Nova retains its original floors, trunk, fenders and doors the only panels that have been repaired are the right rear quarter which was replaced with an NOS GM quarter and the left rear quarter has been repaired other than that it is all original sheet metal. This car was on a rotisserie and the underside has been sprayed with 3M body Shultz. The Nova has all new brake lines, fuel lines , rubber hoses, wheel cylinders ,shocks, as well as a rebuilt front end and new master cylinder. The outside is repainted the original Red color with base coat clear coat. The car has new Bumpers, wheel well moldings, rocker panel moldings as well as new 327 emblems ,flags and Super Sport emblems. All of the weather stripping has been replaced as well. The interior has been redone with a new headliner ,carpet , door skins and seat covers from PUI. The car sits on stock wheels and new tires. The windshield is new but the rest of the windows are original and do show signs of pitting due to someone blasting the car with the windows in it at one point in its life but they are not terrible I would use them. Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future

The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.

Chevrolet Captiva looks mildly refreshed and ready for family duty

We showed you Chevrolet's major debut yesterday, the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible, but General Motors is making a big push for Bowtie consideration in Europe, so it's also introducing the updated Captiva crossover here at the Geneva Motor Show.
While still based on the same platform as North America's fleet-only Captiva Sport (which is effectively a rebadged Saturn Vue), the Captiva is available in both five- and seven-seat iterations, and it looks far more modern. That's particularly the case with this updated model, which features revamped front- and rear ends that include restyled bumpers, grilles and LED taillamps, among other changes.
As before, the midsize Theta-platform CUV will be available in both front- and all-wheel drive, and is expected to carry a range of four- and six-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines. Important US programming note: Chevrolet sources tell us that America's Captiva Sport will not receive these updates.

They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
