I am listing this car for my buddy. It's a 1972 Chevy Chevelle 2 door hard top. It has a 383 stroker engine and a turbo 350 transmission, automatic on the column, bench seat, am/fm/cassette radio, power steering, factory air car (not hooked up), posi 10 bolt rearend, ralley wheels and newer tires, power drum brakes, and a cowl hood. This car runs as good as it looks. The body, floor pans, and trunk pans are very solid. The trunk does has some very light surface rust but it's very light. The paint is nice but does have a little spider webbing starting on the rear quarters, other then that this car is very solid. This car is a great car for an SS clone or would make a great show car. I wanted to get this car listed but I will be doing a professional detail on the car before it's sold. Please feel free to ask any questions if you have any. First 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray spotted crashed in the wild

This restyled blue 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is wearing manufacturer plates, and it appears to be the same one seen around the internet in various pictures lately. This crash is likely not part of the Chevrolet testing regimen, however. Digital Corvettes forum member gpetry posted the shot with a note: "got this picture e-mailed from a friend in Arizona last week..." No circumstances are given, other than the incident occurred in the thick of a set of curvy roads, and the coupe ping-ponged off a guardrail and into the rock wall. Hopefully everyone involved in the incident walked away.
It may not be a pretty thing to see, a crashed sports car that's not even available for sale yet, but rest easy. Many pre-production cars are used for development and then unceremoniously crushed and scrapped, anyway. If that's the case here, that makes this wrecked 'Vette less of a tragedy and more of a case of exceptional efficiency.

Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?
