Bidders bidding on this item are entering into a Contractual Agreement to purchase the item and are bound to the terms outlined herein.

Due to insurance and registration issues,  no ‘test drives’ of the vehicles are allowed,  however,  they are available to be inspected.

PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA CASH OR CASHIERS OR CERTIFIED CHECK UPON PICKUP,   VEHICLE PICKUP IS TO BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING.  NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE;   TITLE IS ON HAND, AND VEHICLE, KEYS AND TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED UPON THE IN-PERSON RECEIPT OF FUNDS AND TRANSFER OF TITLE.

NOTE: Bidders that do not meet the payment terms outlined herein will be charged a relisting fee of $250.00 and are subject to collection services and expenses.

All sales are final and no refunds will be given. The Champaign Police Department may, without liability, delay performance or cancel this sale on account of force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.

Any sales taxes, title transfer, registration, and any other governmental charges shall be paid by Buyer and are Buyer's responsibility except as limited by law.
