Corvette Coupe. Engine- chevy 350, performer intake, quick fuel 580 carb, HV oil pump with deep pan, Comp cam 262xe cam, MSD ignition. Aluminum radiator. SS exhaust with ceramic headers. SS fuel line and brake lines. New drive shaft and half shafts, Rear end was taken apart,cleaned and inspected. New clutch and pressure plate. Suspension - Disc brakes. Vansteel coilovers with double adjust shocks, offset TAs, and tubular A arms. Rack and pinion steering. Billet specialties wheels. 18 by 8 rear. 17 by 7 front. Frame repaired, sanded and painted with rust bullet. Inside frame sprayed with eastwood internal frame coating.

Hurst Edition Trans Am proves the Screaming Chicken will rise from the ashes

Ever since Chevrolet was granted a retrofied Camaro to compete with the Ford Mustang, Pontiac lovers have lamented the loss of this 1970s icon. And, looking at the Hurst Edition from Trans Am Depot, shown here at the 2012 SEMA Show, may explain what all the fuss is about.
It's not going to appeal to everyone's muscle-car tastes, but there's certainly room for a brash-and-bold black-and-gold Special Edition in many a Trans Am lover's garage. After all, if you want the keys to a custom pony car, you'll certainly get noticed in this one. If this scheme isn't your bag,, you can alternatively order your Hurst Edition in white and gold or silver and black. Oh, and don't forget a color-coordinated Screaming Chicken on the hood.

When I was a kid, I decided that life wasn't worth living if it weren't in pursuit of owning a GMC Typhoon. My 12-year-old self crafted a fiscal strategy that, when combined with my offer of a 49-percent share of ownership in the car in return for my parents' contribution of 80-percent of the purchase price, would see me behind the wheel of a Typhoon by the time I hit college. They walked away from the negotiating table and, the economic climate of the 8th grade being what it was at the time, another partner wasn't found before the Typhoon was discontinued.
Roy El-Rayes, however, has succeeded where 12-year-old me failed, and he did it by using the sort of professionalism that only a PowerPoint presentation can provide, along with some humor and bold-faced flattery.
