FIRST LET ME SAY THAT I AM SELLING THIS CAR FOR A FRIEND. This is a super nice 1972 Chevelle SS 396. The car looks spectacular up close and far away. The yellow paint is shiney and beautiful. The interior in my opinion looks like new. The car is suppose to be a real SS396 car. I do not know because I am not a Chevelle person, I am a Corvette person. The car has a crate 454 engine that sounds great with the headers. The automatic shifts perfectly. The car is equipped with power brakes, heavy duty radiator, headers and a very large Holly (not sure which model) and add on air conditioning. The trim tag shows as follows; ST 72 13637 R 34158 BDY TR 704 A52 56 56 PNT 04A0338 This car would be GREAT for anything. Show car, Cruise in or a daily driver. Questions call Doug at 678 641 3063. Redesigning an icon is a difficult task, especially when you've got a blank sheet of paper in front of you and the all-new C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is intended to be your final objective.
General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.

If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.
