This 1970 Chevelle SS is in absolute perfect condition it had a frame off restoration under 500 miles ago. Numbers matching and the whole car is perfect from top to bottom. If you are looking for a Chevelle that is show quality then stop looking this is it the value of this car will only go up. The car needs nothing I have updated the car with a set of 17'' Stock like SS wheels from yearone with new BFG radial tires I also have the stock rims and tires as well. Also I just installed 4 new Hotchkis fox performance shocks and 2'' lowering spring in the front. (I will get new pictures with lowering spring this week) Those items are the only things that are not stock on the car but all those can be removed and I have the stock parts. The car runs and drives fantastic I would not hesitate to drive it across country other than it is to nice. A true barn find it was in a barn from 1979 until 2007 when it was restored with 94,000 miles. This SS is very original and has not been hacked it has it all the original drive train.

New Bright creating exclusive 1:8 scale radio-controlled C7 Corvette

If you want a new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette but can't quite save up enough pennies for the monthly payment, we have good news for you. Toymaker New Bright has pulled the covers off of its 1:8 scale remote-controlled version of the American sports car. Complete with a very detailed interior and LED headlights, this large-scale R/C is as close as most of us will ever come to having one of the menacing Chevrolet models to call our very own. New Bright still hasn't released pricing or availability, but word has it the coupe should hit the market soon.
Right now, it appears as if the C7 will hit shelves in Torch Red, though we don't know if other colors are planned as well. The good news is that New Bright isn't exactly turning its back on the old C6 - representatives say the company will continue to make its popular C6R racecar for those who prefer round taillights.

Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future

The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
