You are viewing One bad Ass 1967 Chevelle that has undergone a full rotisserie restoration and was completed 2 year ago . The car and engine only have 2280 miles since the restoration. Every nut and bolt is new. The silver paint is stunning and is show quality. The body work was done perfect and is straight as a arrow. It looks like a new car everywhere. The interior is black and all original except for the front seats they are a Recaro style seat which is much more comfortable then the original and they recline and move back ward and forward Lots of leg room. Ok so I will list below everything done to the car . The engine is a 400 bored 30 over then was de stroked to a 377 using a 350 steel crank. This in turn produces a higher reving engine and constant power. The car has over 550 hp and is a beast. But with how it was built its like driving a modern supercar. the car has Baer Brakes all away around with a Hydra brake booster to stop on a dime when needed . Its like driving a 911 porsche .The suspension is all Global west control arms with coil overs , The exhaust is a 3" Mandro bended Exhaust . Meaning no bends in the pipes they are 3" througout and make the car breath like it should. The wheels were custom made for the car . Boyd coddington 18" on the rear and 17" on the front. You can see the stance of the car and it truly is amazing and holds the road and the power of this car amazing. The rear end is a Gm 12 bolt with 355 posi . It makes this car streetable and so easy to drive. I would drive it to california today. It really is amazing. The car draws a crowed everywhere It goes and people can see that someone put a lot of money into making it one Bad Ass Muscle car. Yes some may say why the blower why cut out the hood and why not keep it simple. The owner wanted a Resto mod a car that he could drive anywhere and one that performed like it should and have a suspension to back it. End result this 67 chevelle is the nicest one you will ever see and you cannot build the car anywhere close to what I am selling it for. Over 20 k went into the motor alone . 10 k in body and paint the list goes one. I have pics of the restoration process that will come with the car. also I have a Clear Flordia title . Extra keys and car cover. So if you dreamed about having a unique muscle car and wanted one that you could drive anywhere and show this is it. No dissapointments nothing to do . I am pricing this car a at a steal. Click the buy it now someone will get a once in a lifetime opportunity to one this awesome 1967 Chevelle. Please call me with any questions you have I will be happy to answer them. I still talk to the guy who built the car so if there is anything I missed I can get you the info. Steve 954-464-3515

Chevrolet Camaros at SEMA are a mobile accessory catalog

Wed, 06 Nov 2013

Chevy's goal at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas this week seems to be to show as much of its Performance and Accessories catalog as possible. That's why it brought three different Camaros - two with V8s and one powered by a V6 - with all of the best goodies from the catalog already fitted.
We gave a more in-depth recap of the Performance Camaro V8 Concept, the Performance Camaro V6 Concept and the Performance Garage Concept already, but we figured you'd like a short recap for each. It should be noted, though, that you can order all of the items you see here for your own Camaro, so be sure to take a long, hard look at our live galleries, just in case you're in the market for some mods.
Essentially, the Performance Garage Concept and the Performance V8 Concept are the same car - the only difference is that the later features a whole host of aesthetic tweaks in addition to its aftermarket, shorty exhaust headers and 2.75-inch exhaust. (The Performance Garage Concept has been usefully placed on its side; the better to see the new parts added to the vehicle.) The Performance V6 Concept is notable because, despite being a V6, there's no shortage of performance goodies fitted. All three of the Performance Camaros benefit from items from the Camaro ZL1, which can also be ordered through the catalog.

Lutz dishes dirt on GM in latest Autoline Detroit

Bob Lutz sits down for Autoline Detroit - Click above to watch video after the jump
Autoline Detroit recently played host to Bob Lutz, and, as is always the case, the former General Motors vice chairman dished out some great commentary. Lutz was promoting his new book Car Guys vs. Bean Counters: The Battle for the Soul of American Business, and talk quickly turned to his role as it related to product development and high-level decision making at GM. While on the topic of brand management, Lutz revealed a few rather interesting tidbits about his former employer:
All Chevrolet vehicles were required to have five-spoke aluminum wheels and a chrome band up front, as part of the Bowtie brand's overall image.

UAW to vote on strike at Kentucky Corvette plant

Tue, 08 Apr 2014

The current wait time for a new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is well, not short. With word of a strike at the Bowling Green, KY factory responsible for seventh-generation sports car, though, that wait time could end up growing substantially.
Now, a strike is still a ways off. UAW Local 2164, which represents the 800 workers responsible for screwing the Corvette together, is set to vote on authorizing a strike today, but even if the employees give the action a go, it's far from a sure thing. According to The Tennessean, both regional and national union officials would need to put their stamp of approval on strike action.
"The membership has to vote to strike, but it's just a step in the process," said Gary Casteel, the UAW's Region 8 director and one of the people that would need to authorize a strike action. Casteel told The Tennessean, "It's purely a local situation, though. They are having some issues with the local management."
